Abstract
1. Способ стерильного соединения мягких трубок, включающий в себя следующие этапы:а) подготовку первой и второй мягких трубок (1а, 1b);б) нагрев по одной зоне разделения первой и второй мягких трубок (1а, 1b) с использованием нагревательных средств;в) механическое разделение обеих мягких трубок (1а, 1b) за счет приложения к ним растягивающего и/или срезающего усилия, в результате чего каждая из обеих мягких трубок (1а, 1b) в соответствующей нагретой зоне разделения разделяется на первый и второй отрезки (100а, 100b, 101a, 101b) трубок;г) после разделения мягких трубок (1а, 1b) создание механического контакта, образованного за счет разделения первой мягкой трубки (1а) конца (1001а) ее первого отрезка (100а) с образованным за счет разделения второй мягкой трубки (1b) концом (1001b) ее первого отрезка (100b), причемд) механический контакт создают так, что концы (1001а, 1001b) отрезков (100а, 100b) мягких трубок вследствие нагрева на этапе б) имеют еще такую температуру, входя в механический контакт между собой, что они соединяются между собой с замыканием по материалу без дополнительного нагрева после разделения мягких трубок.2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что растягивающее и/или срезающее усилие для разделения мягких трубок (1а, 1b) создают за счет вращения и/или поступательного движения части соответствующей трубки (1а, 1b).3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что механический контакт создают таким образом, что концы (1001а, 1001b), входя в механический контакт между собой, имеют температуру, которая выше температуры плавления материала соответствующего отрезка (100a, 100b) трубки.4. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что временной промежуток между моментом наличия механич�
Claims (15)
1. Способ стерильного соединения мягких трубок, включающий в себя следующие этапы:
а) подготовку первой и второй мягких трубок (1а, 1b);
б) нагрев по одной зоне разделения первой и второй мягких трубок (1а, 1b) с использованием нагревательных средств;
в) механическое разделение обеих мягких трубок (1а, 1b) за счет приложения к ним растягивающего и/или срезающего усилия, в результате чего каждая из обеих мягких трубок (1а, 1b) в соответствующей нагретой зоне разделения разделяется на первый и второй отрезки (100а, 100b, 101a, 101b) трубок;
г) после разделения мягких трубок (1а, 1b) создание механического контакта, образованного за счет разделения первой мягкой трубки (1а) конца (1001а) ее первого отрезка (100а) с образованным за счет разделения второй мягкой трубки (1b) концом (1001b) ее первого отрезка (100b), причем
д) механический контакт создают так, что концы (1001а, 1001b) отрезков (100а, 100b) мягких трубок вследствие нагрева на этапе б) имеют еще такую температуру, входя в механический контакт между собой, что они соединяются между собой с замыканием по материалу без дополнительного нагрева после разделения мягких трубок.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что растягивающее и/или срезающее усилие для разделения мягких трубок (1а, 1b) создают за счет вращения и/или поступательного движения части соответствующей трубки (1а, 1b).
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что механический контакт создают таким образом, что концы (1001а, 1001b), входя в механический контакт между собой, имеют температуру, которая выше температуры плавления материала соответствующего отрезка (100a, 100b) трубки.
4. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что временной промежуток между моментом наличия механического контакта и разделением первой и второй мягких трубок (1а, 1b) составляет самое большее 0,1 с, в частности самое большее 0,05 с.
5. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что создание механического контакта между концами (1001а, 1001b) первых отрезков (100a, 100b) мягких трубок включает в себя вращение, по меньшей мере, одной части первого отрезка (100a) первой трубки (1а) и/или вращение, по меньшей мере, одной части первого отрезка (100b) второй трубки (1b).
6. Способ по п. 5, отличающийся тем, что вращение первого отрезка (100a) первой мягкой трубки (1а) и/или вращение первого отрезка (100b) второй мягкой трубки (1b) осуществляют вокруг оси вращения, по меньшей мере, приблизительно перпендикулярной плоскости, вдоль которой, по меньшей мере, частично проходит первый отрезок (100a, 100b) трубки.
7. Устройство для стерильного соединения мягких трубок, в частности для осуществления способа по одному из пп. 1-6, содержащее:
- первое посадочное устройство (20а) для размещения первой мягкой трубки (1а);
- второе посадочное устройство (20b) для размещения второй мягкой трубки (1b);
- нагревательные средства для нагрева зоны разделения расположенной на первом посадочном устройстве (20а) первой мягкой трубки (1а) и зоны разделения расположенной на втором посадочном устройстве (20b) второй мягкой трубки (1b) и
- разделительные средства для разделения первой и второй мягких трубок (1а, 1b) в нагретой зоне разделения каждой из них на первый и второй отрезки (100а, 100b, 101a, 101b), причем
- первое и второе посадочные устройства (20а,20b) выполнены с возможностью удержания первого отрезка (100a, 100b) соответствующей мягкой трубки так, что он, по меньшей мере, частично проходит вдоль одной плоскости, и по меньшей мере одно из обоих (20a, 20b) посадочных устройств (20а, 20b) установлено с возможностью вращения вокруг оси вращения, проходящей, по меньшей мере, приблизительно перпендикулярно этой плоскости, и причем
- устройство (10) выполнено с возможностью приведения конца (1001а) первого отрезка (100а) первой мягкой трубки (1а) - после разделения первой и второй мягких трубок (1а, 1b) при вращении первого и/или второго посадочного устройства (20а, 20b) вокруг оси вращения - в механический контакт с концом (1001b) первого отрезка (101b) второй мягкой трубки (1b).
8. Устройство по п. 7, отличающееся тем, что каждому посадочному устройству (20а, 20b) придано, по меньшей мере, одно зажимное устройство (30а, 30b) для зажима расположенной на этом посадочном устройстве мягкой трубки (1а, 1b).
9. Устройство по п. 8, отличающееся тем, что нагревательные средства включают в себя средства создания высокочастотного напряжения, каждое из которых электрически соединено по меньшей мере с одним из зажимных устройств (30а, 30b) и выполнено с возможностью ввода высокочастотного напряжения в соответствующее зажимное устройство (30а, 30b) для создания в его зоне высокочастотного электрического поля, вызывающее нагрев зоны разделения зажатой зажимным устройством (30а, 30b) мягкой трубки (1а, 1b).
10. Устройство по п. 8 или 9, отличающееся тем, что каждому посадочному устройству (20а, 20b) придано, по меньшей мере, одно дополнительное зажимное устройство (40а, 40b) для зажима расположенной на этом посадочном устройстве (20а, 20b) мягкой трубки (1а, 1b), расположенное на соответствующем посадочном устройстве (20а, 20b) с возможностью вращения вместе с этим посадочным устройством при его вращении.
11. Устройство по п. 7, отличающееся тем, что разделительные средства включают в себя средства (50) создания движения первого и/или второго посадочного устройства (20а, 20b), причем за счет движения первого и/или второго посадочного устройства (20а, 20b) к первой и/или второй мягкой трубке прикладывается растягивающее и/или срезающее усилие, в результате чего она в нагретой зоне разделения разделяется на первый и второй отрезки.
12. Устройство по п. 11, отличающееся тем, что средства (50) создания движения включают в себя соединенный с первым посадочным устройством (20а) первый рычаг (51) и соединенный со вторым посадочным устройством (20b) второй рычаг (52), причем оба рычага (51, 52) связаны между собой с возможностью вращения по отношению друг к другу вокруг общей оси вращения (53) по типу ножниц, так что вращение рычагов (51, 52) вызывает вращение посадочных устройств (20а, 20b) также вокруг этой оси вращения (53).
13. Устройство по п. 11 или 12, отличающееся тем, что средства (50) создания движения выполнены с возможностью создания поступательного движения первого и/или второго посадочного устройства (20а, 20b).
14. Устройство по п. 7, отличающееся тем, что первое и/или второе посадочное устройство (20а, 20b) выполнено соответственно пластинообразным, в частности в виде диска.
15. Устройство по п. 7 или 14, отличающееся тем, что первое и/или второе посадочное устройство (20а, 20b) содержат по одному посадочному телу (21а, 21b), которое на параллельной оси вращения стороне имеет выемку (211а, 211b) для укладки первой или второй мягкой трубки (1а, 1b).
