Abstract
1. Состав полимерной смолы, включающий поливинилацетатную смолу, имеющую от 60 до 80 масс.% винилацетатных групп в качестве основной смолы, отличающийся тем, что композиция содержит следующие компоненты в расчете на 100 масс. частей основной смолы:- от 10 до 15 масс. частей этилена, имеющего полярные группы или смолы его сополимера;- от 30 до 40 масс. частей полиуретановой смолы;- от 140 до 170 масс. частей гидроксида алюминия;- от 15 до 55 масс. частей гидроксида магния и огнестойких добавок;- от 3 до 5 масс. частей антиоксиданта;- от 10 до 15 масс. частей пластификатора, и- от 4 до 5 масс. частей сшивающего агента.2. Состав полимерной смолы по п.1, отличающийся тем, что этилен, имеющий полярные группы, или смола его сополимера является бутилакрилатэтиленом с привитым малеиновым ангидридом или этилен винилацетатом с привитым малеиновым ангидридом.3. Состав полимерной смолы по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полиуретановая смола является полиуретановой смолой простоэфирного типа.4. Состав полимерной смолы по п.1, отличающийся тем, что гидроксидом алюминия является тригидроксид алюминия или гидроксид алюминия, гидроксидом магния является дигидроксид магния или гидроксид магния, и огнестойкой добавкой является борат цинка.5. Состав полимерной смолы по п.1, отличающийся тем, что антиоксидантом является антиоксидант на основе фенола, пластификатором является диоктилсебацинат или пластификатор на основе фосфора, и сшивающий агент является сшивающим агентом на основе перекиси.6. Материал полимерной смолы производят с использованием состава полимерной смолы по любому из пп.1-5.7. Кабель или электрический провод, изготовленный с использованием состава
Claims (7)
1. Состав полимерной смолы, включающий поливинилацетатную смолу, имеющую от 60 до 80 масс.% винилацетатных групп в качестве основной смолы, отличающийся тем, что композиция содержит следующие компоненты в расчете на 100 масс. частей основной смолы:
- от 10 до 15 масс. частей этилена, имеющего полярные группы или смолы его сополимера;
- от 30 до 40 масс. частей полиуретановой смолы;
- от 140 до 170 масс. частей гидроксида алюминия;
- от 15 до 55 масс. частей гидроксида магния и огнестойких добавок;
- от 3 до 5 масс. частей антиоксиданта;
- от 10 до 15 масс. частей пластификатора, и
- от 4 до 5 масс. частей сшивающего агента.
2. Состав полимерной смолы по п.1, отличающийся тем, что этилен, имеющий полярные группы, или смола его сополимера является бутилакрилатэтиленом с привитым малеиновым ангидридом или этилен винилацетатом с привитым малеиновым ангидридом.
3. Состав полимерной смолы по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полиуретановая смола является полиуретановой смолой простоэфирного типа.
4. Состав полимерной смолы по п.1, отличающийся тем, что гидроксидом алюминия является тригидроксид алюминия или гидроксид алюминия, гидроксидом магния является дигидроксид магния или гидроксид магния, и огнестойкой добавкой является борат цинка.
5. Состав полимерной смолы по п.1, отличающийся тем, что антиоксидантом является антиоксидант на основе фенола, пластификатором является диоктилсебацинат или пластификатор на основе фосфора, и сшивающий агент является сшивающим агентом на основе перекиси.
6. Материал полимерной смолы производят с использованием состава полимерной смолы по любому из пп.1-5.
7. Кабель или электрический провод, изготовленный с использованием состава полимерной смолы по любому из пп.1-5.
