Abstract
1. Способ изготовления полиолефинового порошка, включающего термопластический эластомер, где способ включает следующие стадии:- объединение полиолефинового порошка или соответствующего мономерного источника с термопластическим эластомером, причем термопластический эластомер находится в форме раствора или дисперсии в растворителе,- если используют мономерный источник полиолефина, контакт источника полиолефина с катализатором полимеризации в условиях полимеризации для получения полиолефина,- удаление растворителя для получения порошка, причем полиолефин и термопластический эластомер не являются одним и тем же полимером.2. Способ изготовления полиолефиновой пленки, включающей термопластический эластомер, где способ включает стадии направления полиолефинового порошка, содержащего термопластический эластомер, на стадию уплотнения и стадию растяжения в таких условиях, что ни в какой момент во время обработки полимера его температура не увеличивается до значения, превышающего температуру плавления полиолефина.3. Способ изготовления полиолефиновых волокон, включающих термопластический эластомер, где способ включает стадию направления полиолефиновой пленки, включающей термопластический эластомер, на процесс механического разделения.4. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором полиолефиновый порошок представляет собой свежеполученный полиолефиновый порошок.5. Способ по любому из пп. 1-3, в котором полиолефин включает полиэтилен, у которого молекулярная масса составляет, по меньшей мере, 100000 г/моль, в частности, по меньшей мере, 300000 г/моль, более конкретно, по меньшей мере, 500000 г/моль.6. Claims (10)
1. Способ изготовления полиолефинового порошка, включающего термопластический эластомер, где способ включает следующие стадии:
- объединение полиолефинового порошка или соответствующего мономерного источника с термопластическим эластомером, причем термопластический эластомер находится в форме раствора или дисперсии в растворителе,
- если используют мономерный источник полиолефина, контакт источника полиолефина с катализатором полимеризации в условиях полимеризации для получения полиолефина,
- удаление растворителя для получения порошка, причем полиолефин и термопластический эластомер не являются одним и тем же полимером.
2. Способ изготовления полиолефиновой пленки, включающей термопластический эластомер, где способ включает стадии направления полиолефинового порошка, содержащего термопластический эластомер, на стадию уплотнения и стадию растяжения в таких условиях, что ни в какой момент во время обработки полимера его температура не увеличивается до значения, превышающего температуру плавления полиолефина.
3. Способ изготовления полиолефиновых волокон, включающих термопластический эластомер, где способ включает стадию направления полиолефиновой пленки, включающей термопластический эластомер, на процесс механического разделения.
4. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором полиолефиновый порошок представляет собой свежеполученный полиолефиновый порошок.
5. Способ по любому из пп. 1-3, в котором полиолефин включает полиэтилен, у которого молекулярная масса составляет, по меньшей мере, 100000 г/моль, в частности, по меньшей мере, 300000 г/моль, более конкретно, по меньшей мере, 500000 г/моль.
6. Дисперсная полиолефиновая композиция, которая имеет такое распределение частиц по размеру, что, по меньшей мере, 80 об.% частиц имеет диаметр, составляющий 1-3000 мкм, и которая включает свежеполученный полиолефин и 0,1-30 масс.% термопластического эластомера по отношению к суммарному количеству полиолефина и термопластического эластомера.
7. Полиолефиновая пленка, получаемая из дисперсной полиолефиновой композиции по п.6, которая включает полиолефин и термопластический эластомер, где термопластический эластомер присутствует в полиолефиновой пленке.
8. Полиолефиновое волокно, получаемое из дисперсной полиолефиновой композиции по п.6, которое включает полиолефин и термопластический эластомер, где термопластический эластомер присутствует в полиолефиновом волокне.
9. Пуленепробиваемое формованное изделие, включающее уплотненный набор листов, где каждый лист включает армирующие удлиненные частицы, причем ориентация удлиненных частиц в уплотненном наборе не является однонаправленной, где удлиненные частицы представляют собой полиолефиновые пленки по п.7, полиолефиновые волокна по п.8, причем полиолефиновые пленки изготовлены способом по п.2 и полиолефиновые волокна изготовлены способом по п.3, или их сочетания.
10. Применение дисперсной полиолефиновой композиции по п.6 при изготовлении пленок или волокон.
