Abstract

1. Claims (16)

1. Смазывающая композиция с низким содержанием фосфора, содержащая менее 600 частей на миллион фосфора, включающая по меньшей мере 85 мас.% смазывающей основной смеси и присадку, включающую следующие компоненты в расчете на массовый % всей композиции:
(1) молибденорганическое соединение в количестве, которое обеспечивает примерно 0,1-800 частей на миллион Mo;
(2) затрудненный фенол в количестве примерно 0,1-2,0% и
(3) дитиокарбамат в количестве примерно 0,1-2,0%;
с первым условием, что, если дитиокарбамат не включает дитиокарбамат металла, присадка дополнительно содержит:
(4) алкилированный дифениламин в количестве примерно 0,1-2,0%,
и со вторым условием, что, если молибденорганическое соединение включает дитиокарбамат молибдена, он рассматривается в качестве дитиокарбамата металла в отношении первого условия, но рассматривается в качестве молибденорганического соединения при расчете количества, присутствующего во всей композиции.

(b) дитиокарбамата молибдена.
6. Композиция по п.1, в которой затрудненный фенол представляет собой 2',6'-ди-трет-бутилфенол, необязательно замещенный -CH2-CH2-C(O)-OR1, где R1 выбран из группы, состоящей из бутила, этилгексила, изооктила, изостеарила и стеарила.

11. Композиция по п.1, в которой
(1) молибденорганическое соединение присутствует в количестве, которое обеспечивает примерно 50-800 частей на миллион Mo;
(2) затрудненный фенол присутствует в количестве примерно 0,5-1,5%; и
(3) дитиокарбамат присутствует в количестве примерно 0,25-1,5%;
(4) алкилированный дифениламин, в случае его присутствия, находится в количестве примерно 0,25-1,25%.
12. Композиция по п.11, в которой
(1) молибденорганическое соединение присутствует в количестве, которое обеспечивает примерно 700 частей на миллион Mo;
(2) затрудненный фенол присутствует в количестве примерно 0,5-1,5%; и
(3) дитиокарбамат присутствует в количестве примерно 0,4-1,0%;
(4) алкилированный дифениламин, в случае его присутствия, находится в количестве примерно 0,25-1,25%.
13. Композиция по п.1, в которой
(1) молибденорганическое соединение присутствует в количестве, которое обеспечивает примерно 50-800 частей на миллион Mo;
(2) затрудненный фенол присутствует в количестве примерно 0,5-1,5%; и
(3) дитиокарбамат включает дитиокарбамат цинка, присутствующий в количестве примерно 0,25-1,5%;
и композиция, по существу, не содержит алкилированного дифениламина.
14. Композиция по п.13, в которой
(1) молибденорганическое соединение присутствует в количестве, которое обеспечивает примерно 700 частей на миллион Mo;
(2) затрудненный фенол присутствует в количестве примерно 0,75-1,5%; и
(3) дитиокарбамат цинка присутствует в количестве примерно 0,5%.
15. Способ смазывания двигателя, обеспечивающий улучшенное удержание фосфора, и/или улучшенное ингибирование коррозии свинца и/или меди, и/или улучшенную экономию топлива, и/или контроль образования отложений при высокой температуре, и/или совместимость с катализатором выхлопной системы, в соединении со смазывающей композицией с низким содержанием фосфора, включающий применение смазывающей композиции по п.1 в двигателе.
