Способ определения олова (IV) в воде, включающий извлечение олова (IV) органическим реагентом с последующим образованием флуоресцирующего комплексного соединения олова с морином, измерением флуоресценции полученного раствора на анализаторе жидкости «Флюорат2-3М», отличающийся тем, что извлечение ионов олова (IV) ведут из водного раствора, содержащего антипирин, сульфосалициловую кислоту и хлорид калия с концентрацией последних 0,60; 0,35 и 2 моль/л соответственно.
