Abstract
A method for quantitative determination of sodium levothyroxine provides for preparation of sample for analysis, its interaction with solutions of lanthanide chloride and organic reagent-sensitizer. Solution of 1-ethyl-4-hydroxy-2-oxo-1,2 dihydroquinoline-3-carboxyic acid-(4-methyl-pyridine-yl)-amide is used as sensitizing reagent, one uses terbium chloride at given pH is used as lanthanide chloride, with radiation of the system formed with UV light and measurement of intensity of luminescence of reaction solution by value of which a concentration of sodium levothyroxine is determined.
