Abstract

The invention relates to analytical chemistry, in particular to luminescent determination of biologically active substance – hemoglobin, this includes sample dissolving and measurement of intensity of its luminescence at λ=545 nm, and solution of complex compound of terbium (III) with 1-ethyl-4-hydroxy-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinoline-3-carbonic acid (4-methyl-pyridine-2-yl)-amide is used as luminescent probe, at pH 8.0, irradiation is performed with UV light at λ=317nm.
