Abstract
1. Способ термического обогащения угля, преимущественно для получения среднетемпературного кокса, включающий карбонизацию угля, отличающийся тем, что в качестве исходного сырья используют уголь с влажностью от нулевой до естественной с размером частиц до 40 мм, а обработку угля осуществляют в псевдоожиженном слое последовательно в две стадии, на первой из которых осуществляют подсушивание, а также, по мере необходимости, обогащение угля путем гравитационной сепарации и удаления пустой породы, с использованием воздушного дутья с температурой не более 400°C и добавлением дымовых газов до 100%, а на второй стадии с использованием воздушного дутья с температурой не более 400°C осуществляют карбонизацию угля при температуре 600÷1000°C, по мере необходимости - с дополнительным гравитационным обогащением.2.
