Abstract

Stałe produkty zgazowania żużel, popiół / grawitacyjnie opadają do pojemnika (6). W dalszym toku strumień gazów wraz ze związanym chlorem kierowany jest do ziarnistego filtra ze złożem przesuwnym (3), gdzie zostają wydzielone cząstki związanego chloru i pyłu po czym pozostałość skierowana jest do komory (4), gdzie doprowadzane jest powietrze celem dopalenia palnych gazów w wyniku czego wzrasta temperatura strumienia gazów do poziomu ponad 1000°C, o takim parametrze gazy oczyszczone, odchlorowane kierowane są do urządzeń kotłowych celem wykorzystania powstałej energii cieplnej.A method of removing chlorine from plastics in municipal waste (RDF), hospital waste containing chlorine, consisting of a two-stage combustion process with the release of bound chlorine. In the first stage, the shredded waste is introduced tangentially into the vertical chamber (1), where it is heated to a temperature above 550 ° C with a mixture of hot gases / exhaust gases / from the afterburning chamber (4) and ambient air. This process is carried out so that excess air is? <1. After exceeding the temperature of 200 ° C, chlorine is released from the input waste and flammable gases (CH4, H, CO) are released at higher temperatures, during gasification the volatile substances released together with fine dust are directed to the channel (2), where pneumatic injector (7) administered sorbent to bind chlorine. Solid gasification products slag, ash / gravity fall into the container (6). In the further course, the stream of gases along with the bound chlorine is directed to the granular filter with a sliding bed (3), where particles of bound chlorine and dust are separated and the residue is directed to the chamber (4), where the air is supplied to burn flammable gases as a result which increases the temperature of the gas stream to a level of over 1000 ° C, with this parameter purified, chlorinated gases are directed to the boiler equipment in order to use the heat energy generated.
