Abstract
1. Способ утилизации углеродосодержащих отходов пиролизом в ретортах, заключающийся в нагреве реторт снаружи в печи, разложении отходов на газообразные и твердые составляющие, удалении из реторт отходящих газов во время пиролиза и последующем удалении твердых составляющих из охлажденных реторт, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно и одновременно с наружным нагревом топочные газы нагнетают внутрь реторт, смешивают с отходящими горючими газами, произведенными в результате пиролиза, полученную смесь газов направляют последовательно из одной реторты в другую, а затем в топку печи, где сжигают. ! 2. Устройство для утилизации углеродосодержащих отходов пиролизом, содержащее печь с топкой и дымоходом, в которой установлены герметичные реторты, снабженные газоотводящими трубопроводами, отличающееся тем, что топка печи выполнена из последовательно установленных отдельных секций, в каждой которых установлены реторты, в стенках секций выполнены входные и выходные газоходные отверстия для топочных газов, причем в нечетных секциях входные газоходные отверстия выполнены внизу, а выходные - в верху секции, а в четных секциях - наоборот, последняя секция снабжена вытяжным дымососом, кроме того, топка снабжена нагнетающим дымососом, вход которого установлен в топке, а выход направлен во входную трубу, установленную в верхней части первой реторты ряда последовательно расположенных аналогичных реторт, каждая из которых снабжена выходным газоотводящим трубопроводом, соединенным с входной трубой каждой из последующих реторт, при этом выходной трубопровод последней реторты направлен в топку печи. 1.
