Abstract
1. Способ круглого шлифования длинных, тонких круглых стержней с использованием однопроходного шлифования, при котором вращающийся шлифовальный диск и вращающийся круглый стержень двигают в продольном направлении круглого стержня в противоположные относительно друг друга стороны и круглый стержень упирают, по меньшей мере, в один люнет, отличающийся тем, что предусмотрены следующие этапы способа:a) в процессе шлифования люнет (9) в продольном направлении круглого стержня (3) находится в непосредственной близости и в эксплуатационно устойчивом продольном взаиморасположении со шлифовальным диском (5);b) люнет (9) действует позади шлифовального диска (5) и прилегает к уже прошлифованной способом одноходового шлифования области (3b) круглого стержня (3);c) в процессе шлифования фактический диаметр круглого стержня (3) постоянно измеряют и оценивают для устранения отклонений размеров от заданного размера, причем измерение происходит на круглом стержне (3) в области шлифования (3с) шлифовального круга (5, 24);d) состоящий из трех люнетных кулачков люнет (19) за счет самостоятельного приближения и центрирования постоянно удерживает продольную ось (4) вращающегося круглого стержня (3) в заданном ей положении.2.
