Abstract
Способ шлифования сферического торца конических роликов, при котором конические ролики устанавливаются конической поверхностью во втулку, где коническому ролику вместе со втулкой сообщают вращение вокруг их общей оси в продольной плоскости симметрии шлифовального круга, рабочий торец которого профилируют по радиусу сферы конического ролика, отличающийся тем, что втулку с подпружиненным торцом относительно упора-толкателя и установленным в ней коническим роликом базируют в цанговом патроне, перемещают их в осевом направлении до соприкосновения противоположного сфере торца конического ролика с регулируемым упором-толкателем и закрепляют, при этом обработку сферического торца ведут на 3-х позиционном станке с круглым поворотным столом, тремя вращающимися установленными на нем шпинделями с цанговым патроном и упором-толкателем, неподвижным кулачком, ось которого совмещают с осью поворота круглого поворотного стола, взаимодействующим с упором-толкателем и шлифовальным кругом, установленными и вращающимися каждый на своем шпинделе так, что в первой позиции стола устанавливают конический ролик во втулку, а ее вместе с коническим роликом - в цанговом патроне; во второй позиции выполняют черновое и чистовое шлифование осевой подачей шлифовального круга; в третьей позиции стола конический ролик выталкивают из втулки посредством упора-толкателя, приводимого в действие неподвижным кулачком.A method of grinding the spherical end face of tapered rollers, in which the tapered rollers are mounted with a tapered surface into the sleeve, where the tapered roller together with the sleeve is informed about the rotation around their common axis in the longitudinal plane of symmetry of the grinding wheel, the working end of which is profiled along the radius of the sphere of the tapered roller, characterized in that a sleeve with a spring-loaded end relative to the stop-pusher and a tapered roller installed in it is based in a collet chuck, they are moved in the axial direction to the base of the opposite end of the conical roller end with an adjustable stop-pusher and fix, while the processing of the spherical end is carried out on a 3-position machine with a round rotary table, three rotating spindles mounted on it with a collet chuck and a stop-pusher, fixed cam, the axis of which combine with the axis of rotation of the round rotary table, interacting with the emphasis pusher and grinding wheel, mounted and rotating each on its own spindle so that in the first position of the table compress the conical roller into the sleeve, and it, together with the conical roller, in the collet chuck; in the second position, rough and finish grinding is performed by axial feed of the grinding wheel; in the third position of the table, the conical roller is pushed out of the sleeve by means of a stop-pusher driven by a fixed cam.
