Abstract
1. Способ создания двух тел K1 и K2, которые при равнонаправленном вращении с одинаковой скоростью вокруг двух расположенных параллельно друг другу на расстоянииосей A1 и A2 всегда по меньшей мере в одной точке соприкасаются друг с другом, отличающийся тем, что в некоторой плоскости Е перпендикулярно осям вращения образуется профиль сечения тела K1 посредством непрерывной, на отдельных участках непрерывно дифференцируемой, замкнутой, выпуклой кривой, а профиль сечения тела K2 образуется из кривойв соответствии с отношениемпричем- в каждой точке криваяимеет радиус кривизны ρ, который меньше расстоянияили равен ему;- для каждой точки кривойв пределах непрерывно дифференцируемого участка существует нормированный нормальный вектордлины 1, который в данной конкретной точке перпендикулярен касательной к кривойи указывает в направлении центра круга кривизны, принадлежащего к данной конкретной точке кривой;-представляет собой вектор, который проходит от точки пересечения S1 оси вращения A1 с плоскостью Е до точки пересечения S2 оси вращения A2 с плоскостью Е и имеет длину, и- в случае перегиба в профиле сечения тела K1 профиль сечения тела K2 имеет дугу окружности, радиус которой соответствует межосевому расстоянию, а угол которой соответствует тому углу, под которым встречаются друг с другом касательные к участкам кривых кривойв точке перегиба.2. Claims (13)
1. Способ создания двух тел K1 и K2, которые при равнонаправленном вращении с одинаковой скоростью вокруг двух расположенных параллельно друг другу на расстоянии a осей A1 и A2 всегда по меньшей мере в одной точке соприкасаются друг с другом, отличающийся тем, что в некоторой плоскости Е перпендикулярно осям вращения образуется профиль сечения тела K1 посредством непрерывной, на отдельных участках непрерывно дифференцируемой, замкнутой, выпуклой кривой
, а профиль сечения тела K2 образуется из кривой

10. Способ по пункту 1, отличающийся тем, что тела K1 и K2 представляют собой шнековые элементы.
11. Способ по пункту 1, отличающийся тем, что профили сечения винтообразно продолжают в осевом направлении, причем созданные таким образом тела правоходные или левоходные, а шаг резьбы, нормированный на межосевое расстояние, находится в пределах от 0,1 до 10, и длина элемента, нормированная на межосевое расстояние, находится в пределах от 0,1 до 10.
12. Способ по одному из пунктов от 1 до 10, отличающийся тем, что профили сечения линейно продолжают в осевом направлении, а длина элементов, нормированная на межосевое расстояние, находится в пределах от 0,05 до 10.
13. Способ создания шнековых элементов, отличающийся тем, что на первом этапе создают профили сечения тел, которые при равнонаправленном вращении с одинаковой скоростью вокруг расположенных параллельно друг другу на расстоянии a осей вращения всегда соприкасаются друг с другом по меньшей мере в одной точке, в соответствии с одним из пунктов от 1 до 12, а на втором этапе вводят зазоры.
