Устройство сращивания ленты по п.3, где пружинный механизм содержит первую пружину, пружину, установленную между дистальным торцом второго рычажного плеча и вторым захватом.5. Устройство сращивания ленты по п.3, где пружинный механизм содержит первый пружинный узел, установленный между дистальным торцом первого рычажного плеча и первым захватом, и второй пружинный узел, установленный между дистальным торцом второго рычажного плеча и вторым захватом, при этом каждый из первого и второго пружинных узлов содержит седло пружины, прикрепленное к соответствующему захвату и содержащее сквозное отверстие, тяговый стержень, пр
Claims (20)
1. Устройство сращивания ленты, содержащее:
первый и второй захваты, расположенные в положении друг напротив друга;
средство быстрого разъединения захватов, соединенное с первым и вторым захватами,
где средство быстрого разъединения захватов выполнено с возможностью направлять импульс силы к первому и второму захватам в противоположных направлениях для ускорения расхождения первого и второго захватов.
2. Устройство сращивания ленты по п.1, где средство быстрого разъединения захватов содержит:
коленчато-рычажный узел; и
пружинный механизм, прикрепленный между коленчато-рычажным узлом и первым и вторым захватами.
3. Устройство сращивания ленты по п.2, где коленчато-рычажный узел содержит:
втулку, выполненную с возможностью вращения вокруг оси втулки; и
первое и второе рычажные плечи, каждое из которых содержит проксимальный торец и дистальный торец, при этом проксимальные торцы прикреплены шарнирно к втулке на противоположных краях оси втулки, а дистальные торцы соединены с пружинным механизмом.
4. Устройство сращивания ленты по п.3, где пружинный механизм содержит первую пружину, пружину, установленную между дистальным торцом второго рычажного плеча и вторым захватом.
5. Устройство сращивания ленты по п.3, где пружинный механизм содержит первый пружинный узел, установленный между дистальным торцом первого рычажного плеча и первым захватом, и второй пружинный узел, установленный между дистальным торцом второго рычажного плеча и вторым захватом, при этом каждый из первого и второго пружинных узлов содержит седло пружины, прикрепленное к соответствующему захвату и содержащее сквозное отверстие, тяговый стержень, проходящий через сквозное отверстие в седле пружины, и шарнирно присоединенный на одном торце к дистальному торцу соответствующего рычажного плеча, держатель пружины, прикрепленный к противоположному торцу тягового стержня, и пружину сжатия, прикрепленную на одном торце к держателю пружины и входящую в контакт с седлом пружины на противоположном торце, при этом пружина сжатия соосно окружает тяговый стержень.
6. Устройство сращивания ленты по любому из пп.3-5, где первое и второе рычажные плечи имеют П-образный профиль.
7. Устройство сращивания ленты по любому из пп.2-5, дополнительно содержащее ручку, содержащую корпус ручки, содержащий манипуляционный участок на одном торце и участок втулки на противоположном торце, и втулку, выполненную с возможностью прикрепления к коленчато-рычажному узлу, и удерживаемую в участке втулки с возможностью вращения для свободного вращения внутри ручки в диапазоне менее 360°.
8. Устройство сращивания ленты по п.7, где втулка ручки содержит периферийный выступ, а участок втулки ручки содержит по меньшей мере один установленный стопор, ограничивающий вращение втулки в ручке и передающий вращательное движение ручки коленчато-рычажному узлу.
9. Устройство сращивания ленты по п.2, дополнительно содержащее ручку, содержащую блокируемый храповой механизм, прикрепляемый к коленчато-рычажному узлу.
10. Устройство сращивания ленты по п.2, где коленчато-рычажный узел и пружинный механизм расположены на одном торце первого и второго захватов, при этом устройство дополнительно содержит второй коленчато-рычажный узел и второй пружинный механизм, соединенный с первым и вторым захватами на противоположных торцах первого и второго захватов, и вал, соединяющий коленчато-рычажные узлы для одновременной работы.
11. Устройство сращивания ленты по любому из пп.1-5, дополнительно содержащее первый и второй верхние зажимы, которые взаимодействуют соответственно с первым и вторым захватами для вставки между ними первого и второго свариваемых вместе торцов конвейерной ленты в положении друг напротив друга.
12. Устройство сращивания ленты по п.11, где первый и второй захваты содержат верхние поверхности, сформированные для сочетания с неплоской стороной первого и второго торцов конвейерной ленты, при этом первый и второй верхние зажимы содержат нижние поверхности, сформированные для сочетания с неплоской стороной первого и второго торцов конвейерной ленты.
13. Устройство сращивания ленты по любому из пп.1-5, где каждый из первого и второго захватов содержит противостоящие подушки для предотвращения касания первого и второго захватов, за исключением касания подушками.
14. Устройство сращивания ленты по любому из пп.1-5, где средство быстрого размыкания захватов содержит пневматический цилиндр, содержащий корпус цилиндра, прикрепленный к первому захвату, и поршневой шток, выдвигаемый из корпуса цилиндра, прикрепленный на дистальном торце ко второму захвату.
15. Устройство сращивания ленты, содержащее:
первый и второй захваты, разделенные промежутком;
коленчато-рычажный узел;
пружинный механизм, закрепленный между коленчато-рычажным узлом и первым и вторым захватами,
где коленчато-рычажный узел выполнен с возможностью перемещения из запертого положения, в котором пружинный механизм содержит высокий уровень накопленной энергии и толкает первый и второй захваты в направлении друг друга, в открытое положение, быстро высвобождая накопленную энергию из пружинного механизма для ускорения расхождения первого и второго захватов.
16. Способ эксплуатации устройства сращивания ленты, включающий:
удержание стыковых кромок двух секций ленты, выровненных в положении друг напротив друга, в паре захватов;
расположение нагревательного элемента между захватами;
перемещение захватов по направлению друг к другу в закрытое положение, при этом стыковые кромки двух секций ленты контактируют с нагревательным элементом для плавления стыковых кромок;
быстрое ускорение расхождения захватов для аккуратного отделения расплавленных стыковых кромок от нагревательного элемента.
17. Способ по п.16, где быстрое ускорение расхождения захватов осуществляют посредством приложения импульса силы, направленного в противоположных направлениях к каждому захвату.
18. Способ по п.16 или 17, дополнительно включающий блокирование захватов в закрытом положении.
19. Способ по п.18, дополнительно включающий сохранение энергии для быстрого ускорения расхождения захватов, когда захваты блокированы в закрытом положении.
20. Способ по п.16 или 17, где ускорение расхождения захватов происходит на большей скорости, чем сближение захватов.
