Abstract
1. Способ изготовления изделия из полимерной пены, включающий в себя:а) обеспечение первой полимерной пены, содержащей поглотитель инфракрасного излучения и получаемой с использованием вспенивающего средства, включающего в себя диоксид углерода; иb) обеспечение второй полимерной пены; ис) скрепление вместе первой и второй пен в слоистой ориентации для изготовления изделия из полимерной пены, имеющего толщину по меньшей мере 50 мм, которое пространственно стабильно.2. Способ по п.1, в котором первая полимерная пена остается открытой в изделии из пены.3. Способ по п.1, в котором каждая из первой и второй пены имеют первую поверхность, и первая поверхность первой пены скреплена с первой поверхностью второй пены.4. Способ по п.1, в котором по меньшей мере 50% первых поверхностей первой и второй пен, которые склеены одна с другой, свободны от поверхностной кожицы.5. Способ по п.1, в котором обе первая и вторая пены включают в себя поглотитель инфракрасного излучения.6. Способ по п.1, в котором количество поглотителя инфракрасного излучения в первой пене составляет, по меньшей мере, один процент массовый относительно всей массы первой пены.7. Claims (10)
1. Способ изготовления изделия из полимерной пены, включающий в себя:
а) обеспечение первой полимерной пены, содержащей поглотитель инфракрасного излучения и получаемой с использованием вспенивающего средства, включающего в себя диоксид углерода; и
b) обеспечение второй полимерной пены; и
с) скрепление вместе первой и второй пен в слоистой ориентации для изготовления изделия из полимерной пены, имеющего толщину по меньшей мере 50 мм, которое пространственно стабильно.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором первая полимерная пена остается открытой в изделии из пены.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором каждая из первой и второй пены имеют первую поверхность, и первая поверхность первой пены скреплена с первой поверхностью второй пены.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором по меньшей мере 50% первых поверхностей первой и второй пен, которые склеены одна с другой, свободны от поверхностной кожицы.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором обе первая и вторая пены включают в себя поглотитель инфракрасного излучения.
