Abstract
1. Не содержащий фольги упаковочный ламинированный материал (10) для индукционной термосварки в упаковки для жидких продуктов или напитков, причем данный упаковочный ламинированный материал содержит по меньшей мере один, первый, слой из бумаги или другого материала на основе целлюлозы (11), при этом первый бумажный слой (11) находится на внутренней стороне упаковочного ламинированного материала и предварительно нанесен так, чтобы принимать и поддерживать чувствительный к индукционному нагреванию слой осажденного из паровой фазы металла (12), чтобы вызвать термосваривание в смежном термопластическом полимерном слое, причем упаковочный ламинированный материал дополнительно содержит такой слой осажденного из паровой фазы металла (12), нанесенный на внутреннюю сторону указанного предварительно покрытого первого слоя из бумаги или материала на основе целлюлозы (11), и дополнительно содержит один или более слоев непроницаемого для жидкостей термосвариваемого термопластического полимерного материала (14), нанесенного на внутреннюю сторону металлического осажденного из паровой фазы покрытия (12).2. Материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что первый слой из бумаги или другого материала на основе целлюлозы (11) покрыт на его внутренней стороне устойчивым к индукционной сварке покрывающим слоем (13), имеющим более высокую температуру плавления, чем самый внутренний слой термосвариваемого материала (14), и тем, что на внутренней стороне слоя устойчивого к индукционной термосварке покрытия дополнительно нанесен указанный слой восприимчивого к индукционному нагреванию металлического покрытия из паровой фазы (12).3. Claims (18)
1. Не содержащий фольги упаковочный ламинированный материал (10) для индукционной термосварки в упаковки для жидких продуктов или напитков, причем данный упаковочный ламинированный материал содержит по меньшей мере один, первый, слой из бумаги или другого материала на основе целлюлозы (11), при этом первый бумажный слой (11) находится на внутренней стороне упаковочного ламинированного материала и предварительно нанесен так, чтобы принимать и поддерживать чувствительный к индукционному нагреванию слой осажденного из паровой фазы металла (12), чтобы вызвать термосваривание в смежном термопластическом полимерном слое, причем упаковочный ламинированный материал дополнительно содержит такой слой осажденного из паровой фазы металла (12), нанесенный на внутреннюю сторону указанного предварительно покрытого первого слоя из бумаги или материала на основе целлюлозы (11), и дополнительно содержит один или более слоев непроницаемого для жидкостей термосвариваемого термопластического полимерного материала (14), нанесенного на внутреннюю сторону металлического осажденного из паровой фазы покрытия (12).
2. Материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что первый слой из бумаги или другого материала на основе целлюлозы (11) покрыт на его внутренней стороне устойчивым к индукционной сварке покрывающим слоем (13), имеющим более высокую температуру плавления, чем самый внутренний слой термосвариваемого материала (14), и тем, что на внутренней стороне слоя устойчивого к индукционной термосварке покрытия дополнительно нанесен указанный слой восприимчивого к индукционному нагреванию металлического покрытия из паровой фазы (12).
3. Материал по п.2, отличающийся тем, что устойчивый к индукционной сварке покрывающий слой (13) образован посредством жидкопленочного нанесения жидкой композиции на указанный первый бумажный слой и последующей сушки жидкой композиции, содержащей полимерное связующее, диспергированное или растворенное в водной среде или растворителе.

Материал по п.2, отличающийся тем, что устойчивый к индукционной сварке покрывающий слой (13) образован из композиции, главным образом содержащей полимер, выбранный из группы, состоящей из поливинилового спирта (PVOH), вододиспергируемого сополимера этилена и винилового спирта (EVOH), поливинилиденхлорида (PVDC), вододиспергируемого полиамида (РА), полисахарида, производных полисахаридов, крахмала, производных крахмала и комбинаций двух или более данных веществ.
5. Материал по п.2, отличающийся тем, что устойчивый к индукционной сварке покрывающий слой (13) образован из композиции, главным образом содержащей полимер, выбранный из группы, состоящей из PVOH, вододиспергируемого EVOH или крахмала.
6. Материал по любому из пп.2-5, отличающийся тем, что указанный покрывающий слой или соответственно жидкая композиция дополнительно содержит неорганические частицы.
7. Материал по любому из пп.2-5, отличающийся тем, что указанный устойчивый к индукционной сварке покрывающий слой (13) нанесен в полном количестве, составляющем от 0,5 до 7 г/м2, предпочтительно от 0,5 до 5 г/м2, предпочтительнее от 0,5 до 3 г/м2 в расчете на сухую массу.
8. Материал по любому из пп.1-5, отличающийся тем, что чувствительный к индукционному нагреванию слой (12) металлического покрытия, нанесенный из паровой фазы, представляет собой слой, по существу состоящий из алюминия.
9. Материал по любому из пп.1-5, отличающийся тем, что слой (12) металлического покрытия, нанесенный из паровой фазы, имеет оптическую плотность (OD), составляющую от 1 до 5, предпочтительно от 1,5 до 3,5, предпочтительнее от 2 до 3.
10. Материал по любому из пп.1-5, отличающийся тем, что первый, самый внутренний, слой из бумаги или другого материала на основе целлюлозы (11) имеет удельный вес от 20 до 100 г/м2, предпочтительно от 20 до 70 г/м2, предпочтительнее от 30 до 60 г/м2.

Материал по любому из пп.1-5, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно содержит второй слой из бумаги или картона, ламинированного на внешнюю сторону первого бумажного слоя, причем второй бумажный слой имеет удельный вес от 50 до 500 г/м2, предпочтительно от 200 до 400 г/м2, наиболее предпочтительно от 200 до 300 г/м2.
12. Способ изготовления упаковочного ламинированного материала (10) по любому из пп.1-11, включающий следующие стадии:
- получение первого слоя из бумаги или другого материала на основе целлюлозы (21),
- предварительное покрытие слоя из бумаги или материала на основе целлюлозы, для приема и поддерживания чувствительного к индукционному нагреванию металлического покрытия из паровой фазы, устойчивым к индукционной сварке слоем на внутренней стороне слоя из бумаги или материала на основе целлюлозы,
нанесение указанного чувствительного к индукционному нагреванию металлического слоя (12) на внутреннюю сторону покрытого таким способом бумажного слоя,
- получение самого внутреннего слоя (15) термосвариваемого термопластического полимерного материала,
- ламинирование самого внутреннего слоя (15) на покрытый металлом (12) бумажный слой с покрытием (11) методом экструзионного покрытия или ламинированием самого внутреннего слоя (15) на бумажный слой в виде предварительно изготовленной пленки.
13. Способ по п.12, в котором предварительное покрытие указанного принимающего металл слоя дополнительно включает следующие стадии:
- приготовление жидкой композиции, содержащей полимерное связующее, диспергированное или растворенное в жидкой среде на основе воды или растворителя,
- образование тонкого устойчивого к индукционной сварке слоя, содержащего указанное полимерное связующее, смежный внутренней стороне первого бумажного слоя, посредством нанесения (22а) жидкой композиции на внутреннюю сторону указанного слоя из бумаги или другого материала на основе целлюлозы и последующей сушки (22b) для испарения жидкости, причем указанный полимерный связующий материал имеет более высокую температуру плавления, чем термопластический полимерный материал самого внутреннего термосвариваемого слоя.
14. Способ по п.12 или 13, в котором устойчивый к индукционной сварке полимер, содержащийся в жидкой композиции, выбирают из группы, состоящей из поливинилового спирта (PVOH), вододиспергируемого сополимера этилена и винилового спирта (EVOH), поливинилиденхлорида (PVDC), вододиспергируемого полиамида (РА), крахмала, производных крахмала и комбинаций двух или более данных веществ.
15. Способ по п.12 или 13, в котором устойчивый к индукционной сварке слой (12) наносят в полном количестве, составляющем от 0,5 до 7 г/м2, предпочтительно от 0,5 до 5 г/м2, предпочтительнее от 0,5 до 3 г/м2, по сухому весу.
16. Способ по п.12 или 13, в котором покрывающий слой наносят также на внешнюю сторону первого бумажного слоя.
17. Упаковочный контейнер (50а; 50b), изготовленный из упаковочного ламинированного материала (10а; 10b) по любому из пп.1-11.
18. Способ термосварки не содержащего фольги упаковочного ламинированного материала, включающий следующие стадии:
- получение не содержащего фольги упаковочного ламинированного материала по любому из пп.1-11 в виде непрерывного полотна,
- формирование полотна упаковочного ламинированного материала в непрерывную трубчатую форму и осуществление продольной сварки в продольном направлении,
- наполнение трубы упаковочного ламинированного материала жидкими продуктами,
- образование зон термосварки посредством индукционного нагревания с заданными интервалами в поперечном направлении наполненной трубы, и
- разрезание через центр каждой зоны термосварки с образованием отдельных контейнеров.
