Claims (22)
- a)第一の表面と第二の表面とを有するボール紙支持体、前記第二の表面は第一の表面の反対の位置にあり;
b)前記ボール紙支持体の第二の表面上に直接適用されたポリオレフィン層;
c)前記ボール紙支持体の第一の表面上に直接適用された第一のポリアミド層;
d)前記第一のポリアミド層上に直接適用されたEVOHの第一の無箔の酸素バリヤ層;
e)EVOHの前記第一の無箔の酸素バリヤ層上に直接適用された第二のポリアミド層;
f)前記第二のポリアミド層上に直接適用された第一の結合層;

h)前記第二の無箔の酸素バリヤ層上に直接適用された第二の結合層;及び
i)最も内側の層及び製品接触層として前記第二の結合層上に適用されたポリオレフィン層からなる無箔のバリヤラミネート。 - 前記ボール紙支持体の第二の表面に適用された前記ポリオレフィン層がポリエチレンである、請求項1に記載の無箔のバリヤラミネート。
- 前記第二の結合層上に適用され、且つ前記製品接触層を形成する前記ポリオレフィン層がポリエチレンである、請求項1に記載の無箔のバリヤラミネート。
- 前記第一及び第二のポリアミド層がそれぞれ、ナイロン6、ナイロン66、ナイロン10、ナイロン6−10、ナイロン11、ナイロン12、アモルファスナイロン、MXD-6及びナイロンナノ複合体からなる群から選択される部材を含む、請求項1に記載の無箔のバリヤラミネート。
- 前記第二の無箔の酸素バリヤ層がEVOHである、請求項1に記載の無箔のバリヤラミネート。
- 前記結合層がそれぞれ、無水マレイン酸官能基で変性されたエチレンベースのコポリマーである、請求項1に記載の無箔のバリヤラミネート。
- 前記第二の無箔の酸素バリヤ層が26〜44モル%のエチレンを含むEVOHである、請求項5に記載の無箔のバリヤラミネート。
- 前記第二の無箔の酸素バリヤ層が、前記第一の結合層上に直接コーティングされたポリオレフィンの層と前記ポリオレフィン層上に直接コーティングされた第三の結合層とによって前記第一の結合層から隔てられている、請求項1に記載の無箔のバリヤラミネート。
- a)第一の表面と第二の表面とをもつボール紙支持体、前記第二の表面は第一の表面の反対の位置にあり;
b)前記ボール紙支持体の第二の表面上に直接適用されたポリオレフィン層;
c)前記ボール紙支持体の第一の表面上に直接適用された第一のポリアミド層;
d)前記第一のポリアミド層上に直接適用されたEVOHの第一の無箔の酸素バリヤ層;
e)EVOHの前記第一の無箔の酸素バリヤ層上に直接適用された第二のポリアミド層;
f)前記第二のポリアミド層上に直接適用された第一の結合層;
g)前記第一の結合層上に直接適用されたポリオレフィン層;
h)前記ポリオレフィン層上に直接適用された第二の結合層;
i)前記第二の結合層上に直接適用されたEVOH、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリオレフィン、環式オレフィンコポリマー、ポリカーボネート、液晶ポリマー及びそのブレンド、並びに乾燥剤、モレキュラーシーブ及びシクロデキストリンからなる群から選択される少なくとも一種の部材と上記群の構成員のいずれかとのブレンドからなる群から選択される第二の無箔の酸素バリヤ層;
j)前記第二の無箔の酸素バリヤ層上に直接適用された第三の結合層;及び
k)最も内側の層及び製品接触層として前記第三の結合層上に適用されたポリオレフィン層
を含む無箔の高度酸素バリヤラミネート。 - 前記第二の無箔の酸素バリヤ層がEVOHを含む、請求項9に記載の無箔の高度酸素バリヤラミネート。
- ボール紙容器内に貯蔵されたフルーツと柑橘系ジュースとを含む飲料を貯蔵する方法であって、前記容器が請求項1に記載のラミネートから形成されている、前記方法。
- ボール紙容器内に貯蔵されたフルーツと柑橘系ジュースとを含む飲料を貯蔵する方法であって、前記容器が請求項9に記載のラミネートから形成されている、前記方法。
- 食品を含むシールされた容器であって、前記容器は請求項1に記載のラミネートから構成されており、前記食品は前記容器内に熱間充填され、該食品は食品中の微生物を全て本質的に殺すのに充分な温度に加熱されており、該容器はシールされ、該容器内の該食品は冷却される、前記容器。
