Abstract

1. Способ формирования эластичного композитного материала, предусматривающий:экструдирование термопластичного состава непосредственно на поверхность первого нетканого полотна с образованием первой пленки, при этом термопластичный состав включает сшиваемый эластичный полимер;обеспечение возможности соединения первой пленки с первым нетканым полотном с образованием ламината;сшивание сшиваемого эластичного полимера; изатем соединение первой пленки непосредственно со вторым покрытием, при этом второе покрытие содержит второе нетканое полотно.2. Способ по п.1, в котором второе покрытие включает вторую пленку, при этом первая пленка расположена и присоединена непосредственно ко второй пленке.3. Claims (20)

1. Способ формирования эластичного композитного материала, предусматривающий:
экструдирование термопластичного состава непосредственно на поверхность первого нетканого полотна с образованием первой пленки, при этом термопластичный состав включает сшиваемый эластичный полимер;
обеспечение возможности соединения первой пленки с первым нетканым полотном с образованием ламината;
сшивание сшиваемого эластичного полимера; и
затем соединение первой пленки непосредственно со вторым покрытием, при этом второе покрытие содержит второе нетканое полотно.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором второе покрытие включает вторую пленку, при этом первая пленка расположена и присоединена непосредственно ко второй пленке.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором стадия сшивания включает воздействие на сшиваемый эластичный полимер дозой электромагнитного излучения, достаточной для сшивания эластичного полимера.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором первое нетканое полотно содержит полиэтилен.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором электромагнитное излучение имеет длину волны около 100 нм или менее.
6. Способ по п.3, в котором электронное излучение представляет собой излучение пучка электронов.
7. Способ по п.6, в котором доза электромагнитного излучения составляет от около 1 до около 30 Мрад.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором второе нетканое полотно содержит полипропилен.
9. Способ по п.1, в котором первое нетканое полотно имеет вес основы, составляющий около 45 г на квадратный метр или менее, и пиковую нагрузку, составляющую около 350 гс на дюйм или менее в поперечном машинном направлении.
10. Способ по п.1, в котором первая пленка включает эластичный слой и термопластичный слой, при этом термопластичный слой расположен между первым нетканым полотном и эластичным слоем.
11. Способ по п.10, в котором эластичный слой содержит сшиваемый эластичный полимер.
12. Способ по п.1, в котором первое нетканое покрытие включает полотно, полученное из волокон, выдуваемых из расплава.
13. Способ по п.1, в котором первый и второй ламинаты проходят через зажим, формируемый между двумя валками, при этом в зажиме прикладывают давление для соединения эластичной пленки с термопластичной пленкой.
14. Способ по п.13, в котором валки являются желобчатыми валками.
15. Эластичный композитный материал, содержащий:
первый ламинат, который содержит первое нетканое покрытие и эластичную пленку, при этом нетканое покрытие имеет вес основы, составляющий около 45 г на квадратный метр или менее и пиковую нагрузку равную 350 гс на дюйм или менее в поперечном машинном направлении; и
второй ламинат, содержащий второе нетканое покрытие и термопластичную пленку, при этом первый ламинат и второй ламинат соединены так, что эластичная пленка соединена и расположена смежно термопластичной пленке, и, кроме того, эластичная пленка сшита при помощи электромагнитного излучения, а первое нетканое наружное покрытие не разрушается электромагнитным излучением.
16. Эластичный композитный материал по п.15, в котором второе нетканое покрытие не было повреждено электромагнитным излучением.
17. Эластичный композитный материал по п.15, в котором первое нетканое покрытие образовано из состава, который содержит полимер полиэтилена.
18. Эластичный композитный материал по п.15, в котором эластичная пленка включает стиролбутадиен, стиролизопрен, стиролбутадиенстирол, стиролизопренстирол, сополимер этилена и α-олефина или их смеси.
19. Эластичный композитный материал по п.15, в котором первое нетканое покрытие включает полотно из волокон, выдуваемых из расплава.
20. Впитывающее изделие, содержащее композитный материал по п.15.
