Claims (19)
1. Способ изготовления слоистого листа, содержащего пленочный слой и слой полотна, согласно которому связывают пленочный слой со слоем полотна, чтобы получить слоистый лист, причем слоистый лист содержит по меньшей мере одну область прочной связи, в которой прочность связи между пленочным слоем и слоем полотна превышает прочность прочих областей слоистого листа, и избирательно растягивают слоистый лист с помощью взаимозацепляющего растягивающего устройства таким образом, что области прочной связи либо не растягиваются, либо растягиваются только частично.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором пленочный слой образуют из термопластного состава, и этап связывания пленочного слоя со слоем полотна включает в себя экструдирование термопластного состава на слой полотна.
3. Способ по п.2, который также включает в себя этап термосвязывания, по меньшей мере, одной области слоистого листа, чтобы обеспечить, по меньшей мере, одну область прочной связи.
4. Способ по п.3, в котором этап термосвязывания выполняют ультразвуковым свариванием или точечным термосвязыванием.
5. Способ по п.2, который также включает в себя этап клеевого связывания, по меньшей мере, в одной области слоистого листа, чтобы обеспечить, по меньшей мере, одну область прочной связи.
6. Способ по п.2, в котором термопластный состав экструдируют в зону контакта литья вдоль слоя полотна, причем зона контакта литья содержит пару валков, имеющих зазор между ними, причем, по меньшей мере, один из валков имеет выступающие вверх части, которые увеличивают давление в зазоре вблизи выступающих вверх частей, чтобы тем самым создать области прочной связи.
7. Способ по п.2, в котором термопластный состав имеет полиолефиновую основу, содержит от 40 до 60% карбоната кальция с покрытой жирной кислотой поверхностью, имеет от 1 до 10% таких других добавок, как красители, антиокислители и технологические присадки, остальное - полипропилены, полиэтилены, функционализированные полиолефины, или их сочетания.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором базисный вес пленки приблизительно равен от 10 до 40 г/кв.см, и наиболее предпочтительно - от 20 до 30 г/кв.м, приблизительно.
9. Способ по п.1, в котором слой полотна является нетканым материалом на основе полиолефина.
10. Способ по п.9, в котором слой полотна выбирают из группы состоящей из полученных из расплава полипропилена, полиэтилена и кардированного термосвязанного полипропилена.
11. Способ по п.9, в котором базисный вес полотна составляет приблизительно от 10 до 30 г/кв.м, и наиболее предпочтительно от 15 до 25 г/кв.м, приблизительно.
12. Способ по п.1, в котором композит имеет коэффициент пропускания испарений воды приблизительно свыше 500 г/кв.м в день и выдерживает напор свыше 60 см.
13. Способ изготовления листовой основы для пеленок, согласно которому связывают пленочный слой со слоем полотна, чтобы сформировать слоистый лист, причем слоистый лист содержит, по меньшей мере, одну область прочной связи, в которой прочность связи между пленочным слоем и слоем полотна превышает прочность прочих областей слоистого листа, и избирательно растягивают слоистый лист с помощью взаимозацепляющего устройства таким образом, что области прочной связи либо не растягиваются, либо растягиваются только частично.
14. Слоистый материал из полимерной пленки и листа полотна, нарастающе и избирательно растянутый, содержащий полимерную пленку, нетканое полотно, связанное с пленкой, причем слоистый материал имеет, по меньшей мере, одну область прочной связи, в которой прочность связи между пленочным слоем и слоем полотна превышает прочность других областей слоистого листа, в котором, по меньшей мере, одна область прочной связи либо не растянута, либо нарастающе растянута только частично.
15. Слоистый материал по п.14, в котором пленка является микропористой.
16. Слоистый материал по п.14, в котором слоистый материал растянут в направлении, поперечном направлению действия оборудования.
17. Слоистый материал по п.14, в котором полимерная пленка содержит полиолефин и инициатор пор.
18. Слоистый материал по п.14, в котором слоистый материал растянут в направлении, поперечном направлению действия оборудования, с помощью взаимозацепляющего растягивающего устройства.
19. Слоистый материал по п.14, в котором, по меньшей мере, одна область прочной связи является нерастянутой.
