Abstract
Description
The invention relates to agriculture and can be used as animal feed.
Known feed mixture for feeding young animals in the early growing period, including non-dairy fat, carbohydrates, protein, minerals, fodder yeast, etc.
Such a mixture does not provide targeted active inoculation of the preventricles with symbionite microorganisms, and there may be sources of putrefactive, dairy and other non-specific microflora and microfauna that can adapt to rumen living conditions and delay the formation of a population of symbionite microorganisms useful for animals. As a result, calf diseases are observed, which negatively affects their growth and development in the future.
Known feed mixture containing dry return, flour of plant and animal origin, yeast and vitamins.
The disadvantage of the prototype is that the mixture is prepared on the basis of expensive scarce raw materials (skim milk powder), which can be used in the food industry and requires scar content of ruminants, is dried, thereby increasing the cost of production of the mixture.
The aim of the invention is the replacement of scarce natural skim or feed mixture of dry skim used for feeding calves, a full-fledged feed mixture from waste products. This goal is achieved in that the main component of the proposed feed mixture is yeast grown on a gluten suspension hydrolyzate, produced at the Beslan maize plant from cheap waste from starch-producing production - corn gluten. As dietary supplements include flour from cereals and legumes, feed molasses, a complex of trace elements. The following trace elements are used: potassium iodide, cobalt chloride, copper sulfate, zinc sulfate, iron sulfate. Chalk or local limestone, salt, defluorinated phosphate are also introduced into the composition of the feed mixture. Fat additives are used as a mixture of feed fat or oilseed flour.
In addition to low energy costs, the technology of preparing the feed mixture in liquid form makes it possible to reduce the loss of nutrients compared to the production of dry substitute and not to pollute the environment by burning expensive oil products.
The technology for preparing the feed mixture based on yeast grown on a gluten suspension hydrolyzate is quite simple and accessible not only by a special factory, but also by small family and rental farms where young cattle are grown.
Yeast is grown on a gluten suspension hydrolyzate at the Beslan maize plant according to our technology (ed. St. USSR N 1317704 A-1984). Based on them, a liquid feed mixture is prepared for young animals older than 2 months of age. For this purpose, for small farms it is best to use a domestic unit of the type AZM-08 of serial production, which is intended for the preparation of a substitute for whole milk and feed liquid mixtures.
П р и м е р. PRI me R. Preparation of the feed mixture for medium-sized MTF, family and rental farms (for 100 - 400 heads of calves). Yeast grown on a gluten slurry hydrolyzate is pumped into the mixer tank using an emulsifier pump to the 300 L mark and the stirrer is turned on. There, through the loading hopper, flour of cereals and legumes in the amount of 44 kg is poured and everything is mixed. The mixer is supplied to the steam heating the mixture to 85-90 ° C, whereupon the steam is turned off and is made oholazhivanie and steaming the mixture for 1 h. At that every 15 minutes the stirrer for 5 minutes. After the process of steaming and cooling is completed, a second portion of yeast in the amount of 400 l is pumped into the mixer. The resulting mixture was cooled with running water without any extra cost to cool the mixture to 45 - 50 C. In a special container or bucket enamel prepared mixture, kg fodder or fat rapeseed meal 3.2; table salt 0.8; chalk or limestone 0.8; molasses feed 16; defluorinated phosphate - 1.6; trace elements - 1.6 (potassium iodide, cobalt chloride, copper sulfate, zinc sulfate, iron sulfate). All of these components are dissolved in a warmed to 50 - 60 ° C water or yeast grown on gluten hydrolyzate suspension and poured into a special tank, which is available from AZM - 0.8 and from gradually fed into a mixing tank through a special filter. At the same time, the entire feed mixture is emulsified, which lasts 15 to 20 minutes. After cooling the mixture to 40 ° C the mixture is ready feed for feeding calves. The duration of the cooking cycle of 800 l of the mixture is 1.5 - 2 hours. Steam consumption 60 - 70 kg, electricity consumption of about 5 - 6 kW / h.
In terms of chemical composition and productive effect, the feed mixture for calves is not inferior to the natural way. 1 l of the feed mixture contained 0.15 feed. units , 33 g of digestible protein, 1.1 g of calcium, 1.0 phosphorus and 9 g of sugar, in 1 liter of natural product respectively 0.14 kg, 33 g, 1.2; 1.0; 5 g
The effectiveness of the proposed mixture was tested on heifers when growing them from 2 to 6 months of age. For this, a series of experiments was carried out (in summer, autumn, winter, and spring1). Under the experience in each season of the year there were 2 groups of calves with 10 animals each. Giving a feed mixture prepared on the basis of yeast grown on a hydrolyzate of a gluten suspension did not adversely affect the live weight of heifers in different periods. Thus, calves selected in the fall and spring did not differ significantly from their peers in the control group at 6 months. age, lagging behind them in live weight by 0.7 and 1.1 kg, respectively, or by 0.5 - 1.5%, and the analogues of summer and winter selection, who received the feed mixture by this age, are even somewhat (by 2.1 - 2.2 kg or 1.6 - 1.7%) exceeded the animals of the control group. At the same time, no significant difference in live weight between the heifers of different groups in all age periods has been established. The total nutritional value of consumed feed was 550 - 560 kg of feed. units and 60 to 62 kg of digestible protein per animal.
Therefore, according to the feeding scheme, instead of a skimmer, one can give a feed mixture based on yeast grown on a gluten suspension hydrolyzate.
). The average daily gain in live weight over the period of the experiment was 600 g in the proposed embodiment, which is 200 g higher than the control (table).
A 23 K 1/12, 1977. From the table it follows that the calves in the proposed embodiment were 100% safe and exceeded the control group by 30%. (56) Copyright certificate of the USSR N 649397, cl. A 23
