Роторно-лопастной двигатель внутреннего сгорания, содержащий корпус кольцевой рабочей камерой, имеющей впускное и выпускное окна, с расположенными в ней двумя парами лопастей, имеющих возможность совершать вращательные движения с переменной скоростью и установленных на соосных валах, соединенных с выходным валом механизмом синхронизации, содержащим зубчатые колеса специальной формы делительной поверхности, отличающийся тем, что в кольцевой рабочей камере, имеющей впускное и выпускное окна специальной формы, а также отверстия для запального устройства или свечи зажигания, расположены три лопасти, в которых предусмотрены пазы для компрессионных уплотнителей, имеющих возможность автономно совершать вращательные движения с остановками и установленных на соосных валах, соединенных с выходным валом с помощью зубчатого механизма с остановками без ударного действия, который содержит три ведущих зубчатых колеса на трех соосных валах, состоящих из двух диаметрально расположенных секторов зубьев и двух диаметрально расположенных больших зуба, а также три ведомых зубчатых колеса на выходном валу, состоящих из двух диаметрально расположенных секторов зубьев, двух больших диаметрально расположенных впадин и переходного звена.
