Abstract
1. Способ вертебропластики при переломах тел позвонков, заключающийся в репозиции сломанного тела позвонка транспедикулярным устройством и вертебропластики позвонков костным цементом, отличающийся тем, что используют временную внешнюю транспедикулярную репозиционную конструкцию и транспедикулярные винты, которые вводят в здоровые, смежные с поврежденным, позвонки через малые разрезы кожи, а перелом окончательно фиксируют путем пункционного введения в расправленное тело позвонка костного цемента или биокомпозитного материала, с последующим удалением внешнего репозиционного транспедикулярного устройства. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в дугу поврежденного позвонка дополнительно с 2-х сторон вводят короткие транспедикулярные винты, имеющие погружную часть, не превышающую длину ножек дуги поврежденного позвонка. 1.
