Abstract
Способ получения модели заднего спондилодеза, включающий нарушение целостности вентральных и дорсальных структур позвонков, сопоставление раневых поверхностей, дозированную тракцию выделенных фрагментов и их последующую стабилизацию с помощью аппарата внешней фиксации, отличающийся тем, что производят клиновидную резекцию дугоотростчатых суставов смежных позвонков и поперечную остеотомию тела одного из этих позвонков, придают оперируемому отделу позвоночника положение гиперлордоза до сопоставления раневых поверхностей дорсальных структур позвонков, а затем дозировано дугообразно разводят их до плотного контакта раневых поверхностей тела остеотомированного позвонка и восстановления оси позвоночного столба.
