Abstract
1. Способ термической переработки несортированных твердых бытовых отходов, включающий непрерывную загрузку отходов в реактор, подачу в нижнюю часть реактора смеси горячего воздуха, водяных паров и легких летучих, последовательные сушку, пиролиз и газификацию, и последующее удаление из нижней части реактора твердых неорганических веществ, а также вывод из термокамеры реактора продуктов пиролиза и газификации в виде термогаза, отличающийся тем, что температурный режим в реакторе регулируют управлением потоками горячего воздуха, по двум воздуховодам, с организацией рециркуляционного контура по газовой смеси водяных паров и легких летучих подогреваемой до температуры в пределах 500-700°С за счет тепла термогаза, из зоны подсушки в зону газификации, при этом воздух для газификации твердого углеродистого остатка, нагревают не выше 500°С. ! 2.
