Abstract
1. Способ переработки ТКО, включающий стадии сортировки и классификации ТКО по составу отходов, дроблению до 0-25 мм органической и минеральной части сушки дымовыми газами, смешивания с твердым теплоносителем, стадию пиролиза в реакторе с получением парогазовой смеси продуктов пиролиза, направляемой на конденсацию и твердого углеродосодержащего остатка, направляемого на получение пара в котле утилизаторе, отличающийся тем, что в качестве твердого теплоносителя используют песок 0-2 мм в смеси с известью с температурой 800-1000°С. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что для нагрева твердого теплоносителя используют сжигаемые в аэрофонтанном нагревателе пиролизные газы и жидкие продукты, а пиролиз осуществляют при соотношении твердого теплоносителя к ТКО в диапазоне 2-3. ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что остаток пиролиза весь подвергается тепловой утилизации в теплообменнике и котле-утилизаторе. ! 4. Установка термической переработки для ликвидации ТКО с получением нейтрального твердого остатка пиролиза, включающая сортировку и классификацию отходов, дробилки, сушилку, барабанный вращающийся пиролизер, подключенный к АФ нагревателю твердого теплоносителя, который подключен к коммуникациям тепловой утилизации пиролизного остатка, отличающаяся тем, что вход в аэрофонтанную топку подключен к отделению конденсации линиями смолы и пиролизного газа. ! 5. Установка по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что содержит бункер и транспортное устройство (шнек) для подачи исходного песка с известью, подключенные к аэрофонтанному нагревателю. 1.
