Abstract

1. Имплантат для введения между телами (2) позвонков позвоночника, содержащий имеющую первую контактную поверхность (9) для прилегания к одному из смежных тел (2) позвонков и вторую контактную поверхность (10) для прилегания к другому смежному телу (2) позвонка часть (3, 4) имплантата, отличающийся тем, что в образованной частью (3, 4) имплантата цепи передачи усилия между поверхностями прилегания смежных тел (2) позвонков расположен, по меньшей мере, один эластично податливый конструктивный элемент (11). ! 2. Имплантат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один эластично податливый конструктивный элемент (11) согласован с первой контактной поверхностью (9) и/или второй контактной поверхностью (10). ! 3. Имплантат по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что эластично податливый конструктивный элемент (11) выполнен из эластичного компактного материала. ! 4. Имплантат по п.3, отличающийся тем, что в эластичном компактном материале образованы пластинки (12). ! 5. Имплантат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что эластично податливый конструктивный элемент (11) выполнен с эластичной конфигурацией. ! 6. Имплантат по п.2, отличающийся тем, что предусмотрено несколько эластично податливых конструктивных элементов (11) с равномерно распределенным по первой контактной поверхности (9) и/или второй контактной поверхности (10) расположением. ! 7. Имплантат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что часть (3, 4) имплантата выполнена в виде трубчатой гильзы (6), в стенку которой интегрирован эластичный податливый конструктивный элемент (11). ! 8. Имплантат по п.7, отличающийся тем, что эластично податливый конструктивный элемент (11) имеет в стенке гильзы (6) сотовую структуру. ! 9. Имплантат по

Claims (18)

1. Имплантат для введения между телами (2) позвонков позвоночника, содержащий имеющую первую контактную поверхность (9) для прилегания к одному из смежных тел (2) позвонков и вторую контактную поверхность (10) для прилегания к другому смежному телу (2) позвонка часть (3, 4) имплантата, отличающийся тем, что в образованной частью (3, 4) имплантата цепи передачи усилия между поверхностями прилегания смежных тел (2) позвонков расположен, по меньшей мере, один эластично податливый конструктивный элемент (11).
2. Имплантат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один эластично податливый конструктивный элемент (11) согласован с первой контактной поверхностью (9) и/или второй контактной поверхностью (10).
3. Имплантат по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что эластично податливый конструктивный элемент (11) выполнен из эластичного компактного материала.
4. Имплантат по п.3, отличающийся тем, что в эластичном компактном материале образованы пластинки (12).
5. Имплантат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что эластично податливый конструктивный элемент (11) выполнен с эластичной конфигурацией.
6. Имплантат по п.2, отличающийся тем, что предусмотрено несколько эластично податливых конструктивных элементов (11) с равномерно распределенным по первой контактной поверхности (9) и/или второй контактной поверхности (10) расположением.
7. Имплантат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что часть (3, 4) имплантата выполнена в виде трубчатой гильзы (6), в стенку которой интегрирован эластичный податливый конструктивный элемент (11).
8. Имплантат по п.7, отличающийся тем, что эластично податливый конструктивный элемент (11) имеет в стенке гильзы (6) сотовую структуру.
9. Имплантат по п.7, отличающийся тем, что для образования эластично податливого конструктивного элемента (11) в стенке гильзы (6) выполнены прорези (13) с перекрестно смещенным расположением.
10. Имплантат по п.9, отличающийся тем, что в одной радиальной плоскости гильзы (6) выполнены две диаметрально противоположные прорези (13), которые расположены относительно прорезей в смежных радиальных плоскостях с поворотом на 90° вокруг продольной оси (5) гильзы.
11. Имплантат по п.7, отличающийся тем, что в стенке образована спиральная пружина (14).
12. Имплантат по п.7, отличающийся тем, что гильза (6) согласована с концевыми стыковыми пластинами (15), которые образуют первую контактную поверхность (9) и вторую контактную поверхность (10).
13. Имплантат по п.12, отличающийся тем, что стыковые пластины (15) образуют эластично податливые конструктивные элементы (11).
14. Имплантат по п.13, отличающийся тем, что стыковые пластины (15) снабжены имеющимся в продольном направлении гильзы (6) градиентом плотности.
15. Имплантат по п.13, отличающийся тем, что стыковые пластины (15) несут предназначенные для прилегания к смежным телам (2) позвонков штифты (16), которые установлены в гибкой подушке (17).
16. Имплантат по любому из пп.12-15, отличающийся тем, что концевые пластины шарнирно опираются на гильзу.
17. Имплантат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что имплантат (1) выполнен из нескольких частей, по меньшей мере, с одной первой частью (3) имплантата и одной второй частью (4) имплантата, которые установлены с возможностью перестановки относительно друг друга в направлении своей продольной оси (5).
18. Имплантат по п.17, отличающийся тем, что первая часть (3) имплантата и вторая часть (4) имплантата соединены друг с другом вытягивающей резьбой.
