Description
Claims (10)
- 상부에 소정깊이의 수납 홈이 형성되어 척추경의 상하측으로 소정깊이만큼 박히는 나사부를 구비하여 손상된 척추경의 고정대 역할을 하는 척추경 나사못의 수납홈에 삽입되며 로드가 유동되는 것을 방지하도록 가압하는 고정수단을 포함하는 척추경 고정장치에 연결되는 플렉시블 로드에 있어서;개방된 내측으로 나사산이 형성된 삽입홈이 마련되는 복수의 지지봉(2)(3);상기 복수의 지지봉(2)(3) 사이에 마련되고 내측으로 나사산(9)을 형성한 복수의 차단링(5);상기 양측 지지봉(2) 간의 개방된 내측으로 형성된 나사산과 맞물려 삽입 체결될 수 있도록 나선구조를 가지는 스프링(7);상기 스프링(7)의 중심을 관통하여 삽입되어 스프링이 체결된 양측 지지봉(2)(3)으로 연장된 탄성핀(8); 으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 고정용 플렉시블 로드.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;상기 복수의 지지봉(2)(3)은 서로 대칭으로 일정간격을 두고 마련되며 그 사이에 차단링(5)이 인접되어, 내부로 스프링(7)에 의해 서로 체결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 고정용 플렉시블 로드.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;상기 복수의 지지봉(2)(3) 내측으로는 삽입된 탄성핀(8)을 견고하게 잡아주기 위해 탄성핀(8)의 지름보다 큰 직경을 가지는 지지홈(11)이 마련되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 고정용 플렉시블 로드.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서;상기 스프링(7)에 의해 복수의 차단링(5)을 사이에 두고 체결된 양측 지지봉(2)(3)은 외주면을 따라 일정 간격으로 압착하여 외부 충격이나 진동에 의해 스프링(7)과 지지봉(3)이 분리되는 것을 방지하기 위한 고정홈(4)과 고정돌기(4')를 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 고정용 플렉시블 로드.
- 청구항 4에 있어서;상기 지지봉(2)(3)에 형성되는 고정홈(4)과 고정돌기(4')는 90°간격으로 외주면에 4개가 형성되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 고정용 플렉시블 로드.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;상기 복수의 차단링(5)은 인접하는 차단링 간의 굴신 동작에 따라 상단 접촉부위의 마찰과 손상을 최소화하기 위하여 챔퍼(6)를 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 고정용 플렉시블 로드.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;상기 탄성핀(8)은 스프링(7)을 관통하여 체결된 후 스프링(7)과 탄성핀(8)의 양측단 인접부가 선 용접 후 사상에 의해 고정된 사상면으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 고정용 플렉시블 로드.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;상기 스프링(7)은 주변 물질의 유입을 방지하기 위해 유격이 없는 밀착된 나선구조로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 고정용 플렉시블 로드.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;본체(1) 제작시 차단링(5)의 수량을 증감하여 제작할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 고정용 플렉시블 로드.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;환자의 특성에 따라 지지봉(2)(3)의 길이를 절삭하여 사용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 고정용 플렉시블 로드.
