Claims (7)
- 상부에 소정깊이의 수납홈이 형성되며, 상기 수납홈의 바닥부에 축방향으로 터진 도랑(recess)이 적어도 하나 이상 형성된 헤드부(11)와, 상기 헤드부(11)의 저면에 척추경의 상하측으로 소정깊이만큼 박혀지는 나사부(12)를 구비하여 손상된 척추경의 고정대 역할을 하는 척추경 나사못(1)과; 상기 수납홈 바닥의 도랑에 안착되어 척추경 나사못(1)을 연결하여 척추경의 각도 및 간격을 교정하는 로드(2)와; 상기 척추경 나사못(1)의 수납홈에 삽입되며, 상기 로드(2)가 유동되는 것을 방지하도록 가압하는 고정수단(3)을 포함하는 척추경 고정장치에 있어서;상기 로드(2)는 탄성복원력을 가진 긴 원기둥의 형상을 가지고 양측에 형성되는 연결봉(21)과;상기 양측 연결봉(21)을 일체로 연결하되 그 폭은 상기 연결봉(21)의 직경보다 크고 두께는 양측 연결봉(21)의 직경보다 작은 탄성부(22a)와, 상기 탄성부(22a)와 상기 연결봉(21)을 모서리가 없는 부드러운 곡선으로 상호 연결되는 연결부(22b)로 이루어진 판스프링(22)으로 구성되어 단일의 재료를 절삭가공하여 연결봉(21) 및 판스프링(22)을 형성하는 것을 포함하고, 상기 연결봉(21)은 적어도 3개 이상 형성되어 인접한 상기 연결봉(21)이 판스프링(22)으로 일체로 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 척추경 나사못 연결로드.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성부(22a)는 파형의 형태로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 척추경 나사못 연결로드.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성부(22a)는 일측 끝단에서 타측방향으로 절개되되 절개된 끝단은 상기 탄성부(22a)의 타측 끝단과 소정간격 이격되어 절개간격보다 확장된 원의 형상으로 이루어지는 하나 이상의 제1 절개홈(22c)과;상기 제1 절개홈(22c)의 타측에서 반대방향으로 절개되는 하나 이상의 제2 절개홈(22d)이 추가로 형성되되, 상기 제1 절개홈(22c)과 제2 절개홈(22d)은 일정 간격으로 교차하도록 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 척추경 나사못 연결로드.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성부(22a)는 일정 방향으로 길게 절개되어 상하로 관통된 다수의 제3 절개홈(22e)이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 척추경 나사못 연결로드.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성부(22a)는 수직으로 관통된 사각의 관통홀(22f)이 형성되며, 상기 관통홀(22f)의 마주보는 두 내측면에는 일측에서 타측면에 인접한 부분까지 연장되는 연장돌기(22g)가 상호 교차되도록 다수 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 척추경 나사못 연결로드.
- 제 3항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성부(22)는 상기 연결봉(21)과 별도로 제작되어 용접하여 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 척추경 나사못 연결로드.
