1. Триамин/аспартат, представляющий собой продукт реакции триамина и диалкилмалеата и/или диалкилфумарата, имеющий вязкость менее 2000 сП. ! 2. Триамин/аспартат по п.1, где триамин имеет структуру ! ! где все n являются одинаковыми или различными и равны любым целым числам. ! 3. Триамин/аспартат по п.2, где триамин включает дипропилентриамин. ! 4. Триамин/аспартат по п.2, где триамин включает бис(гексаметилен)триамин. ! 5. Триамин/аспартат по п.1, где диалкилмалеат включает диэтилмалеат. ! 6. Триамин/аспартат по п.1, где диалкилмалеат включает дибутилмалеат. ! 7. Триамин/аспартат по п.1, исключающий циклоалифатические амины. ! 8. Триамин/аспартат по п.1, где соотношение эквивалентов амина к эквивалентам малеата/фумарата составляет 3:2. ! 9. Композиция покрытия, включающая полимочевину, полученную из реакционной смеси, содержащей изоцианат и продукт реакции триамин/аспартат по любому из пп.1-8. ! 10. Композиция покрытия по п.9, где отношение эквивалентов изоцианатных групп к эквивалентам аминогрупп превышает 1, и изоцианат и продукт реакции триамин/аспартат могут быть нанесены на подложку при смешивании в соотношении 1:1 по объему. ! 11. Claims (28)
1. Триамин/аспартат, представляющий собой продукт реакции триамина и диалкилмалеата и/или диалкилфумарата, имеющий вязкость менее 2000 сП.
3. Триамин/аспартат по п.2, где триамин включает дипропилентриамин.
4. Триамин/аспартат по п.2, где триамин включает бис(гексаметилен)триамин.
5. Триамин/аспартат по п.1, где диалкилмалеат включает диэтилмалеат.
6. Триамин/аспартат по п.1, где диалкилмалеат включает дибутилмалеат.
7. Триамин/аспартат по п.1, исключающий циклоалифатические амины.
8. Триамин/аспартат по п.1, где соотношение эквивалентов амина к эквивалентам малеата/фумарата составляет 3:2.
9. Композиция покрытия, включающая полимочевину, полученную из реакционной смеси, содержащей изоцианат и продукт реакции триамин/аспартат по любому из пп.1-8.
10. Композиция покрытия по п.9, где отношение эквивалентов изоцианатных групп к эквивалентам аминогрупп превышает 1, и изоцианат и продукт реакции триамин/аспартат могут быть нанесены на подложку при смешивании в соотношении 1:1 по объему.
12. Композиция покрытия по п.11, где триамин включает дипропилентриамин.
13. Композиция покрытия по п.9, где триамин включает бис(гексаметилен)триамин.
14. Композиция покрытия по п.9, где диалкилмалеат включает диэтилмалеат.
15. Композиция покрытия по п.9, где диалкилмалеат включает дибутилмалеат.
16. Композиция покрытия по п.9, включающая, по меньшей мере, один дополнительный амин, выбранный из
i) диамина структуры
где R1-R4 представляют собой, независимо, (С1-С10)-алкилы;
ii) диамина структуры
где R5-R8 представляют собой, независимо, (С1-С10)-алкилы;
iii) полиоксиалкилендиамина и/или полиоксиалкилентриамина, включающих первичные и/или вторичные аминогруппы;
iv) эфира аспарагиновой кислоты и функционально замещенного диамина, в котором отсутствует другая функциональная группа, реакционноспособная в отношении изоцианата; и/или
v) продукта реакции полиамина и эпоксисоединения.
17. Подложка, на которую, по меньшей мере, частично нанесено покрытие по п.9.
18. Подложка по п.17, включающая, по меньшей мере, часть транспортного средства.
19. Подложка по п.18, включающая кузов грузового автомобиля.
20. Подложка по п.17, включающая, по меньшей мере, часть строительной конструкции.
21. Подложка по п.19, где на кузов грузового автомобиля перед нанесением полимочевины, по меньшей мере, частично нанесен прозрачный слой с низкой функциональностью поверхности после отверждения.
22. Подложка, на которую, по меньшей мере, частично нанесено многослойное покрытие из композиционного материала, включающее, по меньшей мере, один слой, нанесенный электроосаждением, слой основы, прозрачный слой; и покрытие по п.9.
23. Подложка по п.22, которая является металлической.
24. Подложка по п.22, где триамин включает дипропилентриамин и/или бис(гексаметилен)триамин, и диалкилмалеат включает диэтилмалеат и/или дибутилмалеат.
25. Подложка по п.22, включающая, по меньшей мере, часть транспортного средства.
26. Подложка по п.25, включающая кузов грузового автомобиля.
27. Подложка по п.26, где окраска кузова грузового автомобиля с покрытием, по существу, соответствует окраске ассоциированного корпуса автомобиля.
28. Подложка по п.17, где полимочевинное покрытие создает текстуру на поверхности основы.
