Abstract
1. Способ получения алкилароматического соединения, включающий контакт по меньшей мере одного ароматического соединения и по меньшей мере одного ациклического моноолефина с 6-40 атомами углерода в молекуле, при молярном отношении ароматического соединения к моноолефину менее 15:1, с твердым катализатором в условиях алкилирования в присутствии катализатора, содержащего мелкокристаллическое кислотное молекулярное сито FAU, с образованием продукта алкилирования, включающего ароматический алкил, в котором селективность по моноалкилированному алкилароматическому соединению составляет по меньшей мере 92 мас.%, причем молекулярное сито FAU имеет наибольшее измерение кристалла менее 500 нм. ! 2. Способ по п.1, в котором молярное отношение ароматического соединения к моноолефину составляет от 4:1 до 12:1. ! 3. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором селективность по моноалкилированному алкилароматическому соединению составляет по меньшей мере 93 мас.%. ! 4. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором молекулярное сито FAU имеет размер кристалла от 50 до 300 нм. ! 5. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором молярное отношение ароматического соединения к моноолефину составляет между 5:1 и 10:1. ! 6. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором молекулярное сито FAU является цеолитом Y.
Claims (6)
1. Способ получения алкилароматического соединения, включающий контакт по меньшей мере одного ароматического соединения и по меньшей мере одного ациклического моноолефина с 6-40 атомами углерода в молекуле, при молярном отношении ароматического соединения к моноолефину менее 15:1, с твердым катализатором в условиях алкилирования в присутствии катализатора, содержащего мелкокристаллическое кислотное молекулярное сито FAU, с образованием продукта алкилирования, включающего ароматический алкил, в котором селективность по моноалкилированному алкилароматическому соединению составляет по меньшей мере 92 мас.%, причем молекулярное сито FAU имеет наибольшее измерение кристалла менее 500 нм.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором молярное отношение ароматического соединения к моноолефину составляет от 4:1 до 12:1.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором селективность по моноалкилированному алкилароматическому соединению составляет по меньшей мере 93 мас.%.
4. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором молекулярное сито FAU имеет размер кристалла от 50 до 300 нм.
5. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором молярное отношение ароматического соединения к моноолефину составляет между 5:1 и 10:1.
6. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором молекулярное сито FAU является цеолитом Y.
