Abstract

1. Способ изготовления изделия из металлокерамических композиционных материалов, заключающийся в том, что !а) спеканием из исходного порошка, состоящего из керамических частиц с соотношением размеров от 1 до 10, изготавливают керамическую заготовку, которая имеет пористую структуру с диаметром пор от 0,5 до 10 мкм и с общей пористостью от 15 до 60% (стадия спекания), и ! б) изготовленную таким путем керамическую заготовку с пористой структурой пропитывают расплавленным металлом, представляющим собой чистый металл или сплав (стадия пропитки). ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве расплавленного металла используют расплавленный легкий сплав, прежде всего алюминиевый сплав, и/или в качестве керамических частиц используют оксиды и/или нитриды и/или карбиды. ! 3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что к исходному порошку, состоящему из керамических частиц, добавляют порообразователи. ! 4. Изделие из металлокерамического композиционного материала, изготовленного способом по одному из пп.1-3. ! 5. Применение изготовленного способом по одному из предыдущих пунктов изделия из металлокерамического композиционного материала в качестве вставки для усиления облегченных деталей, прежде всего облегченных деталей, используемых в автомобилестроении. ! 6. Способ снабжения облегченной детали изготовленной способом по одному из предыдущих пунктов вставкой из металлокерамических композиционных материалов, отличающийся тем, что на стадии пропитки или по ее завершении выполняют стадию литья для изготовления облегченной детали. ! 7. Способ по п.6, отличающийся тем, что поверхность заливаемой в материал облегченной детали в�

Claims (10)

1. Способ изготовления изделия из металлокерамических композиционных материалов, заключающийся в том, что
а) спеканием из исходного порошка, состоящего из керамических частиц с соотношением размеров от 1 до 10, изготавливают керамическую заготовку, которая имеет пористую структуру с диаметром пор от 0,5 до 10 мкм и с общей пористостью от 15 до 60% (стадия спекания), и
б) изготовленную таким путем керамическую заготовку с пористой структурой пропитывают расплавленным металлом, представляющим собой чистый металл или сплав (стадия пропитки).
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве расплавленного металла используют расплавленный легкий сплав, прежде всего алюминиевый сплав, и/или в качестве керамических частиц используют оксиды и/или нитриды и/или карбиды.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что к исходному порошку, состоящему из керамических частиц, добавляют порообразователи.
4. Изделие из металлокерамического композиционного материала, изготовленного способом по одному из пп.1-3.
5. Применение изготовленного способом по одному из предыдущих пунктов изделия из металлокерамического композиционного материала в качестве вставки для усиления облегченных деталей, прежде всего облегченных деталей, используемых в автомобилестроении.
6. Способ снабжения облегченной детали изготовленной способом по одному из предыдущих пунктов вставкой из металлокерамических композиционных материалов, отличающийся тем, что на стадии пропитки или по ее завершении выполняют стадию литья для изготовления облегченной детали.
7. Способ по п.6, отличающийся тем, что поверхность заливаемой в материал облегченной детали вставки из металлокерамического композиционного материала модифицируют для повышения прочности соединения с ним материала облегченной детали, в который заливается вставка.
8. Способ по п.6, отличающийся тем, что стадию пропитки и стадию литья объединяют в одну стадию, на которой заготовку пропитывают расплавленным металлом под давлением одновременно с литьем облегченной детали.
9. Способ по п.6, отличающийся тем, что керамическую заготовку помещают в литейной форме в то место, которое соответствует усиливаемому месту облегченной детали.
10. Способ по одному из пп.6-9, отличающийся тем, что после стадии литья выполняют стадию дисперсионного упрочнения, на которой облегченную деталь подвергают дисперсионному упрочнению путем закалки с охлаждением со скоростью, достаточно высокой для обеспечения метастабильного пересыщения используемого сплава возможно присутствующими в нем примесными атомами и достаточно низкой для предотвращения повреждения вставки из металлокерамического композиционного материала из-за теплового удара (стадия дисперсионного упрочнения).
