Abstract
1. Бактерия семейства Enterobacteriaceae - продуцент L-аминокислоты, принадлежащей к семейству глутамата; L-треонина или L-валина, модифицированная таким образом, что активность глутаматдегидрогеназы в указанной бактерии увеличена. ! 2. Бактерия по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что указанная активность увеличена за счет усиления экспрессии гена gdhA. ! 3. Бактерия по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что экспрессия указанного гена gdhA усилена за счет увеличения числа копий гена или модификации последовательности, контролирующей экспрессию гена, приводящей к усилению экспрессии указанного гена. ! 4. Бактерия по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что указанная бактерия принадлежит к роду Escherichia. ! 5. Бактерия по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что указанная бактерия принадлежит к роду Pantoea. ! 6. Бактерия-продуцент L-аминокислоты по любому из пп.1-5, отличающаяся тем, что указанная L-аминокислота, принадлежащая к семейству глутамата, выбрана из группы, состоящей из L-глутаминовой кислоты, L-глутамина, L-пролина, L-аргинина, орнитина и цитруллина. ! 7. Способ получения L-аминокислоты, принадлежащей к семейству глутамата; L-треонина или L-валина, включающий: ! выращивание бактерии по п.1 в питательной среде, и ! выделение указанной L-аминокислоты из культуральной жидкости. ! 8. Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что указанная L-аминокислота, принадлежащая к семейству глутамата, выбрана из группы, состоящей из L-глутаминовой кислоты, L-глутамина, L-пролина, L-аргинина, орнитина и цитруллина. 1.
