Abstract
1. Бактерия семейства Enterobacteriaceae - продуцент L-аминокислоты, принадлежащей к семейству глутамата, модифицированная таким образом, что активность глутаминсинтетазы в указанной бактерии увеличена. ! 2. Бактерия по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что указанная активность увеличена за счет усиления экспрессии гена glnA. ! 3. Бактерия по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что экспрессия указанного гена glnA усилена за счет увеличения числа копий гена или модификации последовательности, контролирующей экспрессию гена, в результате которой экспрессия гена усиливается. ! 4. Бактерия по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что указанная бактерия принадлежит к роду Escherichia. ! 5. Бактерия по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что указанная бактерия принадлежит к роду Pantoea. ! 6. Бактерия-продуцент L-аминокислоты по любому из пп.1-5, отличающаяся тем, что указанная L-аминокислота, принадлежащая к семейству глутамата, выбрана из группы, состоящей из L-глутамина, L-пролина, L-аргинина, орнитина и цитруллина. ! 7. Способ получения L-аминокислоты, принадлежащей к семейству глутамата, включающий: ! - выращивание бактерии по п.1 в питательной среде, и ! - выделение указанной L-аминокислоты из культуральной жидкости. ! 8. Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что указанная L-аминокислота, принадлежащая к семейству глутамата, выбрана из группы, состоящей из L-глутамина, L-пролина, L-аргинина, орнитина и цитруллина. 1. A bacterium producing L-amino acids according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that said L-amino acid belonging to the glutamate family is selected from the group consisting of L-glutamine, L-proline, L-arginine, ornithine and citrulline. ! 7. A method for producing an L-amino acid belonging to the glutamate family, comprising:! - growing bacteria according to claim 1 in a nutrient medium, and! - the allocation of the specified L-amino acids from the culture fluid. ! 8. The method according to claim 7, characterized in that said L-amino acid belonging to the glutamate family is selected from the group consisting of L-glutamine, L-proline, L-arginine, ornithine and citrulline.
