Abstract
1. Способ получения неочищенного продукта, который включает следующие стадии: ! подачу сырья в зону контактирования, где сырье имеет общее содержание, на 1 г сырья, по меньшей мере 0,9 г углеводородов, имеющих распределение диапазона кипения между 343 и 538°С; ! подачу нанесенного неорганического солевого катализатора в зону контактирования; ! контактирование нанесенного неорганического солевого катализатора с сырьем в присутствии источника водорода и водяного пара таким образом, что нанесенный неорганический солевой катализатор становится флюидизированным; и ! получение суммарного продукта, который содержит неочищенный продукт, причем этот неочищенный продукт имеет общее содержание, на 1 г неочищенного продукта по меньшей мере 0,2 г углеводородов, которые имеют распределение диапазона кипения между 204 и 343°С. ! 2. Способ по п.1, в котором неочищенный продукт имеет общее содержание углеводородов с распределением диапазона кипения между 204 и 343°С, по меньшей мере 0,5 г. ! 3. Claims (8)
1. Способ получения неочищенного продукта, который включает следующие стадии:
подачу сырья в зону контактирования, где сырье имеет общее содержание, на 1 г сырья, по меньшей мере 0,9 г углеводородов, имеющих распределение диапазона кипения между 343 и 538°С;
подачу нанесенного неорганического солевого катализатора в зону контактирования;
контактирование нанесенного неорганического солевого катализатора с сырьем в присутствии источника водорода и водяного пара таким образом, что нанесенный неорганический солевой катализатор становится флюидизированным; и
получение суммарного продукта, который содержит неочищенный продукт, причем этот неочищенный продукт имеет общее содержание, на 1 г неочищенного продукта по меньшей мере 0,2 г углеводородов, которые имеют распределение диапазона кипения между 204 и 343°С.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором неочищенный продукт имеет общее содержание углеводородов с распределением диапазона кипения между 204 и 343°С, по меньшей мере 0,5 г.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором неорганический солевой катализатор содержит один или несколько щелочных металлов, одно или несколько соединений одного или нескольких щелочных металлов, один или несколько щелочноземельных металлов, одно или несколько соединений одного или нескольких щелочноземельных металлов или их сочетания.
4. Способ по п.3, в котором неорганический солевой катализатор нанесенного неорганического солевого катализатора содержит один или несколько карбонатов щелочных металлов.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором носитель включает в себя известняк, углерод, кокс, нелетучий древесный уголь, активированный углерод, зольную пыль, доломит, глинозем, ТiO2, ZrO2, алюмосиликат, отработанный катализатор гидрогенизационной переработки, металлы и/или соединения металлов, извлеченные из смеси суммарный продукт/сырье, один или несколько металлов из групп 5-10 Периодической таблицы элементов, одно или несколько соединений одного или нескольких металлов из групп 5-10 Периодической таблицы элементов, или их сочетания.
6. Способ по п.5, в котором носитель содержит один или несколько сульфидов одного или нескольких металлов из групп 5-10 Периодической таблицы элементов.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором контактирование осуществляется в присутствии сероводорода.
8. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий получение моторного топлива из неочищенного продукта.
