Abstract

1. Соединительное устройство, предназначенное для присоединения выполненной из волокнонаполненной пластмассы трубы или армированной пластмассовой трубы к последующей детали и имеющее внутреннюю трубу из термопласта, которая на своей обращенной к продольной оси (С) поверхности имеет токопроводящую систему (14) для электросварки, отличающееся тем, что оно имеет переходник (20), который вставлен вдоль соединительного участка (А) во внутреннюю трубу (10), и армирующий слой (40), который, по меньшей мере, частично охватывает внутреннюю трубу (10) и переходник (20) и который соединен с внутренней трубой (10) сплошным соединением или соединением присадочным материалом, а с переходником (20) соединен соединением с геометрическим замыканием. ! 2. Claims (13)

1. Соединительное устройство, предназначенное для присоединения выполненной из волокнонаполненной пластмассы трубы или армированной пластмассовой трубы к последующей детали и имеющее внутреннюю трубу из термопласта, которая на своей обращенной к продольной оси (С) поверхности имеет токопроводящую систему (14) для электросварки, отличающееся тем, что оно имеет переходник (20), который вставлен вдоль соединительного участка (А) во внутреннюю трубу (10), и армирующий слой (40), который, по меньшей мере, частично охватывает внутреннюю трубу (10) и переходник (20) и который соединен с внутренней трубой (10) сплошным соединением или соединением присадочным материалом, а с переходником (20) соединен соединением с геометрическим замыканием.
2. Соединительное устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что армирующий слой (40) заходит и зацепляется за предусмотренный у переходника (20) уступ (22).
3. Соединительное устройство по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что переходник (20) на по меньшей мере части (В) своей длины, охватываемой армирующим слоем (40), имеет в поперечном сечении многоугольный профиль.
4. Соединительное устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что на соединительном участке (А), на котором внутренняя труба (10) и переходник (20) соединены между собой, предусмотрен, по меньшей мере, один уплотнительный элемент (26, 26').

Соединительное устройство по п.4, отличающееся тем, что указанный, по меньшей мере, один уплотнительный элемент (26, 26') представляет собой уплотнительное кольцо круглого сечения, помещенное в предусмотренную на внутренней трубе (10) и/или на переходнике (20) канавку (24, 24'), комбинацию из уплотнительного кольца круглого сечения и П-образной манжеты, эластомерный элемент или иной аналогичный уплотнительный элемент.
6. Соединительное устройство по п.4, отличающееся тем, что предусмотрено два отстоящих друг от друга в осевом направлении уплотнительных элемента (26, 26').
7. Соединительное устройство по п.5, отличающееся тем, что предусмотрено два отстоящих друг от друга в осевом направлении уплотнительных элемента (26, 26').
8. Соединительное устройство по одному из пп.4-7, отличающееся тем, что внутренняя труба (10) на соединительном участке (А) заключена в охватывающую ее втулку (30), поджимающую уплотнительный элемент или уплотнительные элементы (26, 26').
9. Соединительное устройство по п.8, отличающееся тем, что втулка (30) на своей наружной поверхности снабжена рельефной структурой для соединения с армирующим слоем (40) с геометрическим замыканием.
10. Соединительное устройство по п.8, отличающееся тем, что втулка (30) на, по меньшей мере, одном из своих концов выполнена с фаской (32).
11. Соединительное устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что переходник (20) со своей наружной стороны имеет кольцевой фланец (28), которым армирующий слой (40) фиксируется в осевом направлении.
12. Соединительное устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что переходник (20) на своем свободном конце имеет присоединительную резьбу (50) и один или несколько уплотнительных элементов.
13. Соединительное устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что армирующий слой (40) выполнен из заделанного в термопласт волокнистого материала.
