多层管的连接例如是GB 2314597的主题。在该文献中描述了一种连接装置,在该连接装置中将管推入环形套管中,并且其自由的塑料面借助于电焊与具有加热螺旋管的环形套管连接。在这里,缺点是只有塑料管或者说塑料构件可以相互连接。在该文献中描述的处理方式不能用于由其它不能热塑性加工的材料制成的、例如由金属或者塑料制成的构件。
没有预公开的PCT/DE2005/001007研究多层管和由其它材料制成的构件之间的过渡,但公开了如何精确地设计尤其在内层(内管)和位于其上的纤维层之间的区域内的过渡区域的轴向锁定。
发明内容
因此,本发明的任务是说明一种用于例如将纤维复合塑料管或加固的塑料管连接到后续的构件上的连接装置,该连接装置可以普遍地使用、在很大程度上可以预制并且其突出之处在于到后续的构件的过渡区域的高轴向强度。
该任务通过按本发明的连接装置得到解决。
按本发明设置过渡件,将该过渡件沿耦合区域推入内管中,此外还设置加固层,该加固层至少部分包围内管和过渡件;其中该加固层材料连接地与内管连接并且形状配合连接地与过渡件连接。
在此,“材料连接”是指这样一种连接,在该连接中通过原子力或者分子力将连接配合件保持在一起,“形状配合连接”是指这样一种连接,该连接通过连接配合件的相互啮合或相互作用产生,该形状配合连接在没有力传递或者在力传递中断时不会松开。通过这两种连接类型的组合,确保内管实际上只有在破坏整个连接装置的情况下才可以与加固层松开,而过渡件上的形状配合连接使得可以使用几乎任意的材料用于过渡件,而在连接装置中总体上即使在大载荷下也不会失去轴向的锁定。
加固层优选地在后面卡住过渡件的凸肩,该凸肩基本上垂直于管件的外表面延伸。因此,拉载荷不会将过渡件与内管分开。
此外,过渡件优选地在其由加固层包围的长度的至少一部分上具有多边形的横截面。以此负责过渡件相对于加固层的不可扭转性。
在内管和过渡件的耦合区域内,可以设置至少一个密封件,其中此外所述至少一个密封件优选是O形环,该O形环安置在设置在内管和/或过渡件中的槽中。也可以使用弹性体元件或类似元件作为密封件。优选设置两个轴向相互隔开的密封件。
那也就是说可以在耦合区域内在内管上安置套管,该套管将密封件均匀地预压紧。该套管也可以结合仅仅一个密封件使用。
套管优选地在其外侧上设有一种表面结构,例如齿纹或者滚花,从而改善加固层的形状配合连接。
套管的棱边区域中的至少一个棱边区域应该具有倒棱,更确切地说是面对内管的棱边区域。以此确保加固层从内管到套管的平缓过渡。
过渡件进一步优选地在其外侧上具有环形凸缘,该环形凸缘更好地将加固层进行轴向锁定。
为了连接后续的材料,过渡件的自由的端部根据一种优选的实施方式具有连接螺纹和一个或者多个密封件。
加固层优选地由嵌入热塑性塑料的纤维材料制成。那也就是说,将作为无尽的材料存在的纤维例如通过粘贴或者焊接不可松开地与由热塑性塑料制成的内管连接,而纤维以一个或者多个层围绕内管和过渡件进行卷绕,由此可以产生与内管的材料连接。

唯一的附图示出了按本发明的连接装置的一种实施方式的纵向剖面图。
具体实施方式
在此,所述连接装置包括圆柱形的内管10,该内管由热塑性塑料制成,例如由聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚酰胺或者类似材料制成。该内管10在一侧终止在增强的环12中。在此,内管10的外直径在其长度上基本上保持恒定,而内直径在增强的环12的区域内变小,从而形成用于推入内管10中的管的定位棱边,该推入的管例如是RTP管。在内管10的面对内管10的管轴线C的表面上安置了加热螺旋管14,该加热螺旋管可以通过电触点与能源连接,从而可以借助于加热螺旋管焊接技术将推入的管与连接装置进行焊接,在此只示出了所述电触点中的一个电触点16。将过渡件20推入内管10中,使得环形凸缘22靠在内管10的增强的环12的第二定位面上。在过渡件20的在环形凸缘22前面的指向内管10的区段内设置两个隔开的环形槽24,24’,该环形槽分别容纳密封件26,26’。通过该密封件26,26’负责管10和过渡件20之间的流体密封的连接。连接装置的包围内管10的增强的环12的区域在下面也称作“耦合区域A”。在耦合区域A内,例如由钢制成的套管30位于增强的环12上,该套管30负责密封件26,26’的预压紧。该套管30具有倒棱32,该倒棱指向内管10。该倒棱32负责加固层40从内管10到耦合区域A的平缓过渡。在示出的实施例中,加固层40完全覆盖内管10并且部分覆盖过渡件20。也可以考虑以下情况,即加固层也只是部分覆盖内管10,并且例如在电触点16前终止。形成加固层40的方法是将无尽的纤维材料以所希望的厚度围绕内管10、接触区域A和过渡件20的区段B进行卷绕,该区段B由凸缘28限界。由任何一种已知的措施如粘贴、焊接或者类似措施引起加固层40与内管10的材料连接。以此,不破坏整个连接装置不能将加固层40与内管10相互分开。加固层40的厚度由连接装置的预期的压力载荷确定。加固层40在内管10的区域内和在耦合区域A内的厚度基本上是恒定的,而该厚度在过渡件20的区段B中,也就是从环形凸缘22的后面的表面开始显著更大。在加固层40的这个增强的区段42下面,过渡件20具有多边形的横截面,从而例如形成六角形轮廓,该六角形轮廓确保过渡件20相对于内管10的不可扭转性。增强的区段42终止在限界凸缘28处,从而除了由环形凸缘22的侧凹形成的形状配合连接,加固层40的增强的区段42也负责确保轴向的锁定。最后,过渡件20的自由的端部设有带有密封性的O形环或类似的密封件52的连接螺纹50,从而可以连接到后续的部件上。
重要的是,本发明的在上面的说明书中、在附图中以及在权利要求书中公开的特征不仅可以单个地实现本发明,而且可以以任意组合实现本发明。

Claims (14)

1.用于将纤维复合塑料管或加固的塑料管连接到后续的构件上的连接装置,所述连接装置具有
-由热塑性塑料制成的内管(10),所述内管在其面对管轴线(C)的表面上设有用于电焊的布线(14),
其特征在于,
-沿耦合区域(A)推入内管(10)的过渡件(20),以及
-至少部分包围内管(10)和过渡件(20)的加固层(40);
其中加固层(40)与内管(10)材料连接并且与过渡件(20)形状配合连接。
2.按权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述加固层(40)从后面卡住过渡件(20)的凸肩(22)。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述过渡件(20)在其由加固层(40)包围的长度的至少一部分(B)上具有多边形的横截面。
4.按权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于,在内管(10)和过渡件(20)的耦合区域(A)内设置至少一个密封件(26,26’)。
5.按权利要求4所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个密封件(26,26’)是安置在设置在内管(10)和/或过渡件(20)中的槽(24,24’)中的O形环。
6.按权利要求4或5所述的连接装置,其特征在于,轴向相互隔开地设置两个密封件(26,26’)。
7.按权利要求4所述的连接装置,其特征在于,在耦合区域(A)中在内管(10)上安置套管(30),所述套管将密封件(26,26’)预压紧。
8.按权利要求7所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述套管(30)在其外侧上设有一种表面结构用于形状配合地连接加固层(40)。
9.按权利要求7所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述套管(30)的棱边区域中的至少一个棱边区域具有倒棱(32)。
10.按权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述过渡件(20)在其外侧上具有环形凸缘(28),所述环形凸缘轴向锁定加固层(40)。
11.按权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述过渡件(20)的自由的端部具有连接螺纹(50)以及一个或者多个密封件。
12.按权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述加固层(40)由嵌入热塑性塑料的纤维材料制成。
13.按权利要求4所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个密封件(26,26’)是O形环和槽环的组合。
14.按权利要求4所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个密封件(26,26’)是弹性体元件。
