Abstract
1. Звукогенерирующее остекление, содержащее стеклянный лист (4), пленку (3) поглощающего материала и твердый лист (5), причем конструкция является многослойной и содержит один или более возбудителей, закрепленных на остеклении. ! 2. Остекление по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно имеет коэффициент поглощения менее 80% при частоте 200 Гц и температуре 20°С. ! 3. Остекление по п.2, отличающееся тем, что поглощение составляет от 10 до 50%. ! 4. Остекление по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно имеет среднее поглощение в диапазоне частоты от 200 до 4000 Гц более 12% при температурах от 20 до 40°С. ! 5. Остекление по п.4, отличающееся тем, что оно имеет среднее поглощение в диапазоне частоты от 200 до 4000 Гц более 20% при температурах от 20 до 40°С. ! 6. Остекление по п.4, отличающееся тем, что изменение его среднего поглощения в зависимости от температуры остается меньше 35% от абсолютной величины в диапазоне температур от 20 до 40°С. ! 7. Остекление по п.6, отличающееся тем, что изменение его среднего поглощения в зависимости от температуры остается меньше 25% от абсолютной величины в диапазоне температур от 20 до 40°С. ! 8. Остекление по п.1, в котором пленка (3) имеет модуль сдвига менее 106 Па при частоте 200 Гц и температуре 20°С. ! 9. Остекление по п.1, отличающееся тем, что пленка (3) изготавливается из материала, выбираемого из сополимеров этиленвинилацетата, полиуретанов, полиацеталей и эпоксидных смол. ! 10. Остекление по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором пленка (3) представляет собой композит, содержащий несколько слоев, по меньшей мере один из которых обладает необходимыми характеристиками акустического поглощения. ! 11. Остекление по п.1, отличающееся тем, что толщина стекл�
Claims (19)
1. Звукогенерирующее остекление, содержащее стеклянный лист (4), пленку (3) поглощающего материала и твердый лист (5), причем конструкция является многослойной и содержит один или более возбудителей, закрепленных на остеклении.
2. Остекление по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно имеет коэффициент поглощения менее 80% при частоте 200 Гц и температуре 20°С.
3. Остекление по п.2, отличающееся тем, что поглощение составляет от 10 до 50%.
4. Остекление по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно имеет среднее поглощение в диапазоне частоты от 200 до 4000 Гц более 12% при температурах от 20 до 40°С.
5. Остекление по п.4, отличающееся тем, что оно имеет среднее поглощение в диапазоне частоты от 200 до 4000 Гц более 20% при температурах от 20 до 40°С.
6. Остекление по п.4, отличающееся тем, что изменение его среднего поглощения в зависимости от температуры остается меньше 35% от абсолютной величины в диапазоне температур от 20 до 40°С.
7. Остекление по п.6, отличающееся тем, что изменение его среднего поглощения в зависимости от температуры остается меньше 25% от абсолютной величины в диапазоне температур от 20 до 40°С.
8. Остекление по п.1, в котором пленка (3) имеет модуль сдвига менее 106 Па при частоте 200 Гц и температуре 20°С.
9. Остекление по п.1, отличающееся тем, что пленка (3) изготавливается из материала, выбираемого из сополимеров этиленвинилацетата, полиуретанов, полиацеталей и эпоксидных смол.
10. Остекление по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором пленка (3) представляет собой композит, содержащий несколько слоев, по меньшей мере один из которых обладает необходимыми характеристиками акустического поглощения.
11. Остекление по п.1, отличающееся тем, что толщина стеклянного листа (4) регулируется таким образом, чтобы указанный стеклянный лист имел частоту совпадения выше 10 КГц.
12. Остекление по п.11, отличающееся тем, что стеклянный лист (4) имеет толщину менее 2 мм.
13. Остекление по п.12, отличающееся тем, что стеклянный лист (4) имеет толщину более 0,8 мм.
14. Остекление по п.13, отличающееся тем, что толщина стеклянного листа (4) составляет от 1 до 1,5 мм.
15. Остекление по любому из пп.11-14, отличающееся тем, что его толщина составляет более 2 мм.
16. Остекление по п.15, отличающееся тем, что его толщина составляет от 2,5 до 5 мм.
17. Остекление по п.16, отличающееся тем, что толщина стеклянного листа (4) составляет от 1 до 1,5 мм, толщина пленки (3) составляет от 0,3 до 1 мм, а толщина твердого листа (5) составляет от 1 до 1,5 мм.
18. Экран дисплея, покрытый акустическим остеклением по любому из пп.1-17.
19. Экран по п.18 для установки в устройстве создания изображения, выбираемого из физических и/или химических аналитических приборов, телевизионных приемников, компьютеров и мобильных телефонов.
