Abstract
1. Способ получения соединения первого компонента (2) со вторым компонентом (3) посредством связующей массы (4), в частности элементов воздушного судна большой площади цилиндрического или сферического профиля, содержащий этапы, на которых: ! (S1) соединяют компоненты (2, 3) между собой посредством связующей массы (4); ! (S2) на первый компонент (2) накладывают нагревательный элемент (6) в виде электрического пленочного нагревателя; и ! (S3) отверждают связующую массу (4) путем нагревания посредством нагревательного элемента (6) для получения соединения компонентов (2, 3), при этом во время отверждения связующей массы (4) прикладывают силу к нагревательному элементу (6) и компонентам (2, 3) при помощи первого закрывающего элемента (8) в виде вакуумирующей пленки путем вакуумирования первой полости (12), в которой установлены компоненты (2, 3) и наложенный на них нагревательный элемент (6). ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что первая полость (12) образована первым закрывающим элементом (8) и поверхностью (10) второго компонента (3), причем первый закрывающий элемент (8) целиком покрывает нагревательный элемент (6) и компоненты (2, 3), и герметично соединен с поверхностью (10) посредством уплотнительного элемента (11). ! 3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что нагрев связующей массы (4) производят посредством нагревательного элемента (6) при постоянной температуре. ! 4. Claims (12)
1. Способ получения соединения первого компонента (2) со вторым компонентом (3) посредством связующей массы (4), в частности элементов воздушного судна большой площади цилиндрического или сферического профиля, содержащий этапы, на которых:
(S1) соединяют компоненты (2, 3) между собой посредством связующей массы (4);
(S2) на первый компонент (2) накладывают нагревательный элемент (6) в виде электрического пленочного нагревателя; и
(S3) отверждают связующую массу (4) путем нагревания посредством нагревательного элемента (6) для получения соединения компонентов (2, 3), при этом во время отверждения связующей массы (4) прикладывают силу к нагревательному элементу (6) и компонентам (2, 3) при помощи первого закрывающего элемента (8) в виде вакуумирующей пленки путем вакуумирования первой полости (12), в которой установлены компоненты (2, 3) и наложенный на них нагревательный элемент (6).
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что первая полость (12) образована первым закрывающим элементом (8) и поверхностью (10) второго компонента (3), причем первый закрывающий элемент (8) целиком покрывает нагревательный элемент (6) и компоненты (2, 3), и герметично соединен с поверхностью (10) посредством уплотнительного элемента (11).
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что нагрев связующей массы (4) производят посредством нагревательного элемента (6) при постоянной температуре.
4. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что регулирование температуры осуществляют при помощи регулирующего устройства, которое соединено, по меньшей мере, с одним температурным датчиком (15, 16, 17, 18), предусмотренным в области нагревательного элемента (6).
5. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что при установке нагревательного элемента (6), в целях механической защиты нагревательного элемента (6), между нижней стороной нагревательного элемента и верхней стороной первого компонента (2) помещают первый защитный элемент (5), а между верхней стороной нагревательного элемента (6) и нижней стороной первого закрывающего элемента (8) помещают второй защитный элемент (7).
6. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что на этапе отверждения связующей массы (4) в целях теплоизоляции поверх первого закрывающего элемента (8) устанавливают второй закрывающий элемент (14).

Устройство (1) для осуществления способа по любому из пп.1-6, содержащее, по меньшей мере, один нагревательный элемент (6) в виде электрического пленочного нагревателя для нагрева связующей массы (4); по меньшей мере, один температурный датчик (15, 16, 17, 18) для измерения фактической температуры нагревательного элемента (6); регулирующее устройство для регулирования температуры нагревательного элемента (6); первый и второй защитные элементы (5, 7) для механической защиты нагревательного элемента (6); и средства приложения силы к нагревательному элементу (6) и компонентам (2, 3) при помощи первого закрывающего элемента (8) в виде вакуумирующей пленки за счет вакуумирования первой полости (12), в которой установлены компоненты (2, 3) и наложенный на них нагревательный элемент (6).

Устройство по п.7, отличающееся тем, что первая полость (12) образована первым закрывающим элементом (8) и поверхностью (10) второго компонента (3), причем первый закрывающий элемент (8) целиком покрывает нагревательный элемент (6) и компоненты (2, 3), и герметично соединен с поверхностью (10) посредством уплотнительного элемента (11).
9. Устройство по п.7 или 8, отличающееся тем, что нагревательный элемент (6) содержит несущий слой для обеспечения механической защиты.
10. Устройство по п.7 или 8, отличающееся тем, что в нагревательный элемент (6) встроен, по меньшей мере, один температурный датчик (15, 16, 17, 18).
11. Устройство по п.7 или 8, отличающееся тем, что нагревательный элемент (6) содержит покрывающий слой (22), который одновременно предназначен для тепловой изоляции.
