Abstract
Description
従って、本発明の目的は上述した短所を減少させるか除去し、従来技術と比較して方法を改良することである。
本発明の主要部は連結される要素の極めて近傍において加熱要素を集中させることにある。これにより接着剤の硬化時間を3,4時間に短縮するという特徴をなす。3,4時間は従来技術による時間の4分の1である。
少なくとも1つの温度センサが加熱要素内に一体的に設けられる場合に特に有効である。この理由としてセンサの取付作業が単純なものとなり、調整装置に配線によりつなぐことのみに限定されることが挙げられる。
図面において特に指示がなければ同一の要素や機能的に同一の要素には同一の参照符号が付与される。
通常接着面、即ち第1の要素2の下面及び第2の要素3の表面10の対応する領域の清掃後に、これらの接着面には接着促進剤が塗布される。接着体4は第2の要素3の接着面に適用され、第1の要素2がこれに取り付けられて配置され固定される。接着体4は接着剤であるか、一定の硬化時間を有するシーリング剤として周知のものである。
温度センサ15は伝熱フィルムである加熱要素6内に一体的に設けられ、図示しない調整装置に接続される。調整装置の出力は加熱要素6の同様に図示しない電気接続体に接続される。調整装置は接着体4の最適な硬化温度に対応する好適な温度に設定可能である。実際の温度は温度センサ15によって検知され、加熱要素6によって生成される温度を好適な温度に維持する調整装置に送られる。温度センサ15が様々な部分に取り付けられていても調整装置の対応する設定を使用して補償可能である。接着体4において最大許容温度の超過の発生は調整装置によって防止される。
従って例えば、担体層21は第1の保護要素5を要しない材料や付加的な伝熱特性を有する材料から構成されてもよい。本実施例における好適な材料はカプトン(登録商標)であるが、テフロン(登録商標)及びその他の材料も可能である。
温度センサはフィルムの形態により構成されてもよく、例えば第1の保護要素5と一体的に形成されてもよい。
Claims (12)
- 特に円筒形状の外形や球状の外形を備える、航空機の大面積の要素のような第1の要素(2)と第2の要素(3)とを接着体(4)を使用して接着する方法であって、
(S1)接着体(4)を使用して要素(2,3)を接着する工程と、
(S2)電熱フィルムの形態の加熱要素(6)を第1の要素(2)に取り付ける工程と、
(S3)加熱要素(6)を使用して加熱することにより接着体(4)を硬化させて要素(2,3)を接着する工程とを含み、
接着体(4)の硬化工程において、真空フィルムの形態の第1のカバー要素(8)を使用して、要素(2,3)及び同要素(2,3)に取り付けられる加熱要素(6)が内部に設けられる第1の空隙(12)を排気することにより加熱要素(6)及び要素(2,3)に対して圧力が作用されることを特徴とする第1の要素(2)と第2の要素(3)とを接着する方法。 - 前記第1の空隙(12)は第1のカバー要素(8)と第2の要素(3)の表面(10)により形成されることと、第1のカバー要素(8)は加熱要素(6)と要素(2,3)とを完全にカバーし、シール要素(11)を使用して表面(10)に熱融着により固定されることとを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 接着体(4)の加熱工程は加熱要素(6)を使用して一定の温度にて実施されることを特徴とする請求項1及び2のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記温度は調整装置を使用して調整されることと、同調整装置は加熱要素(6)の領域内に設けられる少なくとも1つの温度センサ(15,16,17,18)に接続されることとを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 加熱要素(6)の適用において、加熱要素(6)の機械的保護のために第1の保護要素(5)は加熱要素の下面と第1の要素(2)の上面との間に設けられることと、第2の保護要素(7)は加熱要素(6)の上面と第1のカバー要素(8)の下面との間に設けられることとを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記接着体(4)を硬化させる工程において、第2のカバー要素(14)が第1のカバー要素(8)上に断熱のために設けられることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至6のうちいずれか一項による方法を実施する装置(1)であって、
接着体(4)を加熱するための電熱フィルムの形態の少なくとも1つの加熱要素(6)と、
加熱要素(6)の実際の温度を検出するための少なくとも1つの温度センサ(15,16,17,18)と、
加熱要素(6)の温度の調整装置と、
加熱要素(6)を機械的に保護する第1の保護要素及び第2の保護要素(5,7)と、
真空フィルムの形態の第1のカバー要素(8)を使用して、要素(2,3)及び同要素(2,3)に取り付けられる加熱要素(6)が内部に設けられる第1の空隙(12)を排気することにより加熱要素(6)及び要素(2,3)に対して圧力を作用させる手段とを備えることを特徴とする装置(1)。 - 前記第1の空隙(12)は第1のカバー要素(8)と第2の要素(3)の表面(10)により形成されることと、第1のカバー要素(8)は加熱要素(6)と要素(2,3)とを完全にカバーし、シール要素(11)を使用して表面(10)に熱融着により固定されることとを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置(1)。

- 前記装置(1)は断熱用の第2のカバー要素を有することを特徴とする請求項7乃至11のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
