Abstract
Description
The invention relates to biotechnology and can be used as a producer of biologically active substances.
). Known industrial strains of champignon mushrooms, used mainly as producers of fruiting bodies. Close to the claimed object according to the habit of the fruiting body is the strain GDR-2 used in industry (state farm Zarechye, Moscow Region).
The main disadvantage of this strain is that it slowly grows on liquid and solid nutrient media, which makes it inefficient to cultivate it in industry in order to obtain biomass and biologically active substances.
The purpose of the invention is the expansion of the range of non-pathogenic strains producing biologically active substances, as well as accelerating the process of growing producer.
49. A new strain of Agaricus bisporus mycelium was isolated from the plates of the fruit body of champignon, growing in the Balkhash district of Almaty region. Deposited in the collection of non-pathogenic microorganisms of the All-Russian Research Institute of Agricultural Microbiology VASKHNIL, Leningrad, room D 49.
The strain has the following symptoms.
Cultural and morphological. On wort agar, the culture forms velvety colonies from a dense layer of straight short hyphae of aerial mycelium. The edge of the colony is wavy, submerged, with a fluffy outer line, the reverse side of the colony is not painted. Aerial mycelium consists of well-developed generative and skeletal hyphae.
Generative hyphae (
Physiological and biochemical features - aerobe, bitimolny, pH 7.6, optimum growth temperature 18-20 ° C. At a higher and a lower temperature rise is depressed. The lower limit of the growth temperature is 13 o C.
From carbon sources, the culture assimilates starch, maltose, arobinose, glucose.
From sources of nitrogen, it is preferably absorbed by peptone, a yeast autolysate, worse mineral urea, ammonium sulfate, ammonium nitric acid, ammonium chloride.
With a surface cultivation method on a grain substrate, the producer synthesizes the enzymes: cellulose, amylose, proteose, linase; carboxylic acids, mainly succinic, malic; B vitamins, PP, C vitamins, as well as lipids.
