Abstract
1. Способ получения малоната и сукцината марганца (II) путем прямого взаимодействия металла и его диоксида с карбоновой кислотой в присутствии органического растворителя и стимулирующей добавки йода в бисерной мельнице вертикального типа с высокооборотной мешалкой и стеклянным бисером в качестве перетирающего средства, отличающийся тем, что марганец, его диоксид и дикарбоновую кислоту в исходной загрузке берут в мольном соотношении (1+х):1:(2+х) в расчете на получение (2+х)m молей соли, где m - количество молей диоксида марганца в загрузке; йод дозируют в количестве 0,05 моль/кг реакционной смеси после загрузки органического растворителя и кислоты, но перед загрузкой диоксида марганца и металла, при этом сумму масс кислоты, металла и его диоксида берут в диапазоне 15-25% от массы всей загрузки, а соотношение масс бисера и загрузки 1:1, процесс начинают при комнатной температуре и ведут в условиях принудительного охлаждения в диапазоне температур от комнатной до 40°С при контроле методом отбора проб до практически количественного расходования всех загруженных реагентов в целевую соль, после чего его прекращают, суспензию конечной реакционной смеси отделяют от бисера и фильтруют, осадок продукта промывают растворителем жидкой фазы и направляют на очистку от следов металла и его диоксида путем перекристаллизации, а фильтрат и промывной растворитель возвращают в повторный процесс. ! 2.
