Abstract
1. Керамический композиционный материал, содержащий лист монокристаллического сапфира, имеющий по меньшей мере один линейный размер более 25 см. ! 2. Композиционный материал по п.1, имеющий по меньшей мере один линейный размер более 30 см. ! 3. Композиционный материал по п.1, имеющий длину и ширину, у которого длина превышает ширину и ширина составляет более 30 см. ! 4. Композиционный материал по п.1, который имеет прозрачность по меньшей мере около 80% в ИК, УФ или видимой области спектра. ! 5. Композиционный материал по п.1, который содержит лист стекла. ! 6. Композиционный материал по п.5, в котором лист стекла содержит материал, выбранный из группы, в которую входят боросиликатное стекло, алмазное стекло, белое жидкое стекло, стекло с низким содержанием железа, сверхбелое стекло и химически упрочненное стекло. ! 7. Композиционный материал по п.5, который содержит второй лист стекла. ! 8. Композиционный материал по п.1, имеющий площадь поверхности больше чем 1000 см2. ! 9. Композиционный материал по п.1, являющийся непланарным. ! 10. Композиционный материал по п.1, содержащий клеевой лист, содержащий поливинил бутирал. ! 11. Claims (20)
1. Керамический композиционный материал, содержащий лист монокристаллического сапфира, имеющий по меньшей мере один линейный размер более 25 см.
2. Композиционный материал по п.1, имеющий по меньшей мере один линейный размер более 30 см.
3. Композиционный материал по п.1, имеющий длину и ширину, у которого длина превышает ширину и ширина составляет более 30 см.
4. Композиционный материал по п.1, который имеет прозрачность по меньшей мере около 80% в ИК, УФ или видимой области спектра.
5. Композиционный материал по п.1, который содержит лист стекла.
6. Композиционный материал по п.5, в котором лист стекла содержит материал, выбранный из группы, в которую входят боросиликатное стекло, алмазное стекло, белое жидкое стекло, стекло с низким содержанием железа, сверхбелое стекло и химически упрочненное стекло.
7. Композиционный материал по п.5, который содержит второй лист стекла.
8. Композиционный материал по п.1, имеющий площадь поверхности больше чем 1000 см2.
9. Композиционный материал по п.1, являющийся непланарным.
10. Композиционный материал по п.1, содержащий клеевой лист, содержащий поливинил бутирал.
11. Композиционный материал по п.1, содержащий второй лист сапфира.
12. Прозрачная броня, содержащая композиционный материал по любому из пп.1-11.
13. Способ изготовления керамического композиционного материала, который предусматривает сцепление листа монокристаллического сапфира с основой, причем указанный лист имеет по меньшей мере один линейный размер более 25 см.
14. Способ по п.13, при котором лист имеет по меньшей мере один линейный размер более 30 см.
15. Способ по п.13, при котором лист имеет длину и ширину, причем длина превышает ширину, а ширина составляет более 30 см.
16. Способ по п.13, в котором лист сцеплен с основой с использованием клея, выбранного из группы, в которую входят поливинил бутирал, силикон, полиуретан, эпоксидная смола и акриловая смола.
17. Способ по п.13, который предусматривает сцепление второго листа сапфира с первым листом.
18. Способ по п.13, в котором по меньшей мере один линейный размер листа составляет более 50 см.
19. Способ по п.13, в котором лист монокристаллического сапфира образован при помощи технологии edge defined film fed growth.
20. Способ по п.13, в котором основа содержит стекло, а керамический композиционный материал представляет собой прозрачную броню.
