Claims (21)

1. Устройство для удаления цемента из костных полостей, содержащее удлиненный корпус, полый внутри, который можно вводить внутрь заполненной цементом костной полости, и, по меньшей мере, один шток для извлечения упомянутого удлиненного корпуса, заглубленного в цемент, который можно вставлять внутрь упомянутого удлиненного корпуса, отличающееся тем, что упомянутый удлиненный корпус содержит множество жестких элементов, выровненных по оси один с другим и связанных между собой установкой между ними промежуточных элементов, по существу, трубчатых по форме и соосных с упомянутым удлиненным корпусом, при этом упомянутые жесткие элементы содержат разъемные средства для соединения с упомянутым извлекающим штоком, которые расположены внутри упомянутого удлиненного корпуса.
2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что упомянутые жесткие элементы связаны с упомянутыми промежуточными элементами установкой между ними временного вставного сочленения.
3. Устройство по п.2, отличающееся тем, что упомянутое временное вставное сочленение пригодно для соединения упомянутых жестких элементов и упомянутых промежуточных элементов, пока между ними не приложено аксиальное разделительное усилие установленной величины.
4. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один из упомянутых жестких элементов содержит, по меньшей мере, одно соединительное звено, по существу, трубчатой формы, которое может быть вставлено в упомянутые промежуточные элементы.
5. Устройство по п.4, отличающееся тем, что упомянутое соединительное звено может быть вставлено внутрь упомянутых промежуточных элементов.
6. Устройство по п.4, отличающееся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один из упомянутых жестких элементов имеет пару упомянутых соединительных звеньев, расположенных на противоположных по оси концах.
7. Устройство по п.4, отличающееся тем, что жесткий элемент, расположенный на дистальном конце упомянутого удлиненного корпуса имеет всего одно упомянутое соединительное звено.
8. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что жесткий элемент, расположенный на дистальном конце упомянутого удлиненного корпуса, имеет глухую нижнюю стенку.
9. Устройство по п.8, отличающееся тем, что наружная поверхность упомянутой глухой нижней стенки является, по существу, заостренной.
10. Устройство по п.8, отличающееся тем, что наружная поверхность упомянутой глухой нижней стенки является, по существу, конической по форме.
11. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один из упомянутых жестких элементов содержит, по меньшей мере, один выступ, выступающий поперек оси упомянутого удлиненного корпуса, на который, по меньшей мере, частично опирается кромка дистального конца одного из упомянутых промежуточных элементов.
12. Устройство по п.11, отличающееся тем, что упомянутый поперечный выступ содержит, по меньшей мере, одну дисковидную основную часть, по существу, сосную с упомянутым удлиненным корпусом.
13. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что упомянутый удлиненный корпус содержит средство прикрепления к цементу.
14. Устройство по п.13, отличающееся тем, что упомянутое средство прикрепления является адгезивным по типу.
15. Устройство по п.13, отличающееся тем, что упомянутое средство прикрепления содержит упомянутые промежуточные элементы, выполненные из материала, который сцепляется с упомянутым цементом.
16. Устройство по п.15, отличающееся тем, что упомянутый материал является акриловым полимером.
17. Устройство по п.15, отличающееся тем, что упомянутый материал содержит полиметилакрилат.
18. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что упомянутое средство для соединения является резьбовым.
19. Устройство по п.18, отличающееся тем, что упомянутое средство для соединения содержит внутреннюю гайку, которая выполнена в упомянутых жестких элементах и допускает зацепление с резьбой, выполненной на, по меньшей мере, дистальном конце упомянутого извлекающего штока.
20. Устройство по п.19, отличающееся тем, что упомянутые внутренние гайки, по существу, соосны с упомянутым удлиненным корпусом.
21. Устройство по п.19, отличающееся тем, что длина упомянутой резьбы, по существу, меньше, чем расстояние между, по меньшей мере, двумя из упомянутых последовательных внутренних гаек.
