Claims (4)
1. Соединение между деревянными частями, как, например, деревянной балкой, клееной деревянной балкой, клееным брусом, клееной фанерой и т.д., в котором одна или более балок (2, 3) в качестве раскоса фермы соединены со стороной другой балки в качестве стороны пояса (1) фермы, благодаря чему в выполненном соединении все указанные балки соединены друг с другом посредством зубчатого соединения, отличающееся тем, что с пояса (1) древесины срезается вдоль пояса и вдоль направления пальца или несимметрично с одного направляющего конца, преимущественно конца с меньшими напряжениями, или конца, который способствует эффективной сборке соединения меньше, чем с другого конца, или направляющая глубина является незначительной или равна нулю в одной точке вдоль направления пальца, причем направляющая глубина увеличивается в обоих направлениях вдоль направления рядом с этой точкой.
2. Соединение по п.1, отличающееся тем, что, по меньшей мере, одна из соединительных частей разрезана посредством режущего инструмента, диаметр которого небольшой, меньше 50 мм плюс длина пальцев, преимущественно меньше 25 мм плюс длина пальцев.
3. Способ изготовления деревянной конструкции типа, в котором имеются две краевые части, в качестве поясов (1) фермы, и между ними промежуточные части, в качестве раскосов (2, 3) фермы, и в конструкции которой, по меньшей мере, имеется одно соединение по п.1, отличающийся тем, что конструкцию из дерева устанавливают едино таким образом, что на первых краевых частях (1) размещаются, по меньшей мере, приблизительно в своих конечных положениях и затем промежуточные части (2, 3) размещаются между краевыми частями с использованием незначительного кругового движения раскоса и посредством выполнения всех или почти всех направлений пальцев изогнутыми по п.1, обеспечивая изогнутые пути сборки и посредством выполнения, по меньшей мере, одного отличительного направления пояса к его раскосу по п.1, обеспечивая угол раскоса и поперечное сечение.
4. Способ по п.3, в котором конструкцию устанавливают едино посредством склеивания, отличающийся тем, что во время сборки конструкции затвердевание клея выполняют в части соединений, когда часть соединений еще не собрана.
