Claims (8)
1. Устройство (200, 300) стилета, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит деформируемый стилет (210, 310), трос (215, 215а, 215b, 215с, 315) привода и средства (220, 320) создания натяжения, при этом стилет имеет вытянутую форму, вдоль оси стилета проходит канал троса (214, 214а, 214b, 214с, 314) привода, радиально смещенный от центра поперечного сечения упомянутого стилета, трос (215, 215а, 215b, 215с, 315) привода расположен в канале троса привода, причем один конец упомянутого троса привода прикреплен к стилету, а средства (220, 320) создания натяжения присоединены к другому концу троса привода с возможностью приложения натягивающего усилия к тросу привода.
2. Устройство (200, 300) по п.1, отличающееся тем, что стилет (210, 310) имеет группу каналов (214, 214а, 214b, 214с, 314) троса привода, а тросы (215, 215а, 215b, 215с, 315) привода расположены внутри двух или более каналов троса привода.
3. Устройство (200, 300) по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что стилет (210, 310) имеет часть дистального конца, к которой прикреплен один конец троса (215, 215а, 215b, 215с, 315) привода, и главную часть (212, 312), которая присоединена к части дистального конца, причем часть дистального конца обладает меньшей жесткостью, чем главная часть.
4. Узел (1) медицинской трубки, отличающийся тем, что он содержит устройство (200, 300) стилета в соответствии с пп.1-3 и медицинскую трубку (100), внутри которой расположен стилет (210, 310) устройства стилета.
5. Узел (1) по п.4, отличающийся тем, что медицинская трубка (100) содержит главный узел (110) трубки, в котором расположен главный узел, и направляющий элемент (120), установленный с возможностью направления главного узла трубки в полости тела, при этом в направляющий элемент (120) введена часть дистального конца с возможностью изгиба направляющего элемента при приложении к тросу привода натягивающего усилия средствами (220, 320) создания натяжения.
6. Узел (1) по п.5, отличающийся тем, что направляющий элемент (120) имеет меньшую жесткость, чем главный узел (110) трубки.
7. Узел (1) по п.5, отличающийся тем, что внутри медицинской трубки (100) имеется группа каналов, к ее наружной поверхности прикреплен баллон (130), а к направляющему элементу (120) прикреплен груз (122).
8. Узел (1) по п.5, отличающийся тем, что главный узел (110) трубки содержит аспирационный канал (113), баллонный канал (114) и ирригационную трубку (115).
