Claims (7)
1. Способ получения мочевины из аммиака и диоксида углерода, на первой стадии которого из природного газа (2) путем его конверсии (12, 14) получают аммиак (7) и диоксид углерода (6), а на второй стадии из аммиака (7) и диоксида углерода в реакторе (20) синтеза мочевины получают содержащий мочевину и карбамат аммония раствор, из которого затем после разложения карбамата аммония выделяют мочевину (8а), отличающийся тем, что образующийся при сгорании топлива дым (5), содержащий диоксид углерода, обрабатывают водным раствором (9а), содержащим часть (7b) полученного аммиака (7), с получением водного раствора (9с) карбамата аммония и этот раствор (9с) подают на вторую стадию.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что водный раствор (9с) карбамата аммония подают в реактор (20) синтеза мочевины.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что водный раствор (9с) карбамата аммония подают в реактор (20) синтеза мочевины после прохождения через аппарат (34) для очистки воды и блок (22) разложения карбамата и выделения мочевины на второй стадии получения мочевины.
4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что образующийся при сгорании топлива дым, содержащий диоксид углерода, до обработки водным раствором (9а) аммиака, обрабатывают для удаления из него возможно содержащихся в нем оксидов азота.
5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что водный раствор (9а) аммиака получают смешением части (7b) аммиака (7) с водным раствором (9b) карбамата аммония, отбираемым из концентратора (24) на второй стадии получения мочевины.
6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что содержащий диоксид углерода дым (5) образуется в процессе конверсии (12) природного газа.
7. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что содержащий диоксид углерода дым (5) образуется при выполнении первой и/или второй стадии получения мочевины.
