Claims (9)

1. Способ очистки сжиженного природного газа, подводимого под давлением сжижения, содержащего компоненты с низкими точками кипения, для получения потока жидкого продукта с пониженным содержанием компонентов, имеющих низкие точки кипения, который включает
(a) расширение сжиженного газа до давления разделения на фазы с получением расширенной двухфазной текучей среды;
(b) введение расширенной двухфазной текучей среды в колонну ниже секции контактирования газа и жидкости, размещенной в колонне;
(c) накопление в нижней части колонны жидкости из двухфазной текучей среды и отвод из нижней части колонны потока жидкости, имеющей пониженное содержание компонентов с низкими точками кипения; ввод потока жидкости в испарительную камеру при низком давлении; удаление второго газового потока через верх испарительной камеры; удаление из нижней части испарительной камеры потока жидкости для получения потока жидкого продукта;
(d) обеспечение протекания пара двухфазной текучей среды через секцию контактирования;
(e) отвод из верхней части колонны потока газообразной фазы, который обогащен компонентами, имеющими низкие точки кипения;
(f) нагревание газового потока, полученного на стадии (е), в теплообменнике для получения нагретого газообразного потока;
(g) сжатие нагретого газообразного потока, полученного на стадии (f), до давления топливного газа с получением топливного газа;
(h) отделение рециркулирующего потока от топливного газа, полученного на стадии (g);
(i) по меньшей мере, частичную конденсацию рециркулирующего потока, полученного на стадии (h), для получения потока флегмы; и
(j) ввод потока флегмы, полученного на стадии (i), при давлении разделения на фазы, внутрь колонны выше контактной секции.
2. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий нагревание второго газообразного потока в теплообменнике; сжатие второго газообразного потока до давления топливного газа; добавление второго газообразного потока к рециркулирующему потоку.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором, по меньшей мере, частичная конденсация рециркулирующего потока включает осуществление косвенного теплообмена рециркулирующего потока с газообразным потоком (потоками) в указанном теплообменнике.
4. Способ по п.2, в котором, по меньшей мере, частичная конденсация рециркулирующего потока включает осуществление косвенного теплообмена рециркулирующего потока с газообразным потоком (потоками) в указанном теплообменнике.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором сжатие нагретого газообразного потока до давления топливного газа с целью получения топливного газа включает отвод теплоты сжатия.
6. Способ по п.2, в котором сжатие нагретого газообразного потока до давления топливного газа с целью получения топливного газа включает отвод теплоты сжатия.
7. Способ по п.3, в котором сжатие нагретого газообразного потока до давления топливного газа с целью получения топливного газа включает отвод теплоты сжатия.
8. Способ по п.4, в котором сжатие нагретого газообразного потока до давления топливного газа с целью получения топливного газа включает отвод теплоты сжатия.
9. Способ по любому одному из пп.1-8, в котором рециркулирующий поток, отделенный от топливного газа, сжимают до повышенного давления перед его, по меньшей мере, частичной конденсацией.
