Description
本方法及び装置は、処理液体炭化水素流を与える。更に低圧燃料ガス流を与えることができる。
・天然ガスから気相及び液相を含む多相炭化水素流を製造し;
・多相炭化水素流を第1の気/液分離器に送り;
・多相炭化水素流を第1の気/液分離器内で第1の圧力において分離して、炭化水素及び窒素を含む第1分離器炭化水素蒸気流、及び第1分離器塔底流を与え;
・第1分離器塔底流を第2の気/液分離器内で第2の圧力において分離して、第2分離器炭化水素蒸気流、及びLNGの形態の処理液体炭化水素流を与え、ここで第2の圧力は第1の圧力よりも低く;
・第2分離器炭化水素蒸気流を塔頂流圧縮機内で圧縮して、ストリッピング蒸気流を与え;そして
・ストリッピング蒸気流を、多相炭化水素流が第1の気/液分離器に送られるレベルよりも重力的に低いレベルで第1の気/液分離器に送る;
工程を含む、多相炭化水素流を処理して処理液体炭化水素流を与える方法を提供する。
・液化ユニット及び1以上の炭化水素流膨張装置の少なくとも1つを含む、天然ガスから多相炭化水素流を製造する手段;
・多相炭化水素流を受容して、それを、炭化水素及び窒素を含む第1分離器炭化水素蒸気流、及び第1分離器塔底流に分離するように配置されており、多相炭化水素流を第1の気/液分離器に供給するための第1の入口、第1の気/液分離器から第1分離器炭化水素蒸気流を排出するための第1の出口、第1の気/液分離器から第1分離器塔底流を排出するための第2の出口、並びに第1の入口よりも重力的に低いレベルに配置されている、ストリッピング蒸気流を第1の気/液分離器中に供給するための第2の入口を有する第1の気/液分離器;
・第1分離器塔底流を受容して、それを第2分離器炭化水素蒸気流、及びLNGの形態の処理液体炭化水素流に分離するように配置されており、第1の気/液分離器の第2の出口と流体連絡している、第1分離器塔底流を第2の気/液分離器中に供給するための第1の入口、第2の気/液分離器から第2分離器炭化水素蒸気流を排出するための第1の出口、及び第2の気/液分離器から処理液体炭化水素流を排出するための第2の出口を有する第2の気/液分離器;
・第1の気/液分離器の第2の出口と第2の気/液分離器の第1の入口との間に配置されている、第1分離器塔底流の圧力を低下させるための塔底流膨張装置;及び
・第2の気/液分離器の第1の出口と流体連絡している、第2分離器炭化水素蒸気流を受容するための入口、及び第1の気/液分離器の第2の入口と流体連絡している、ストリッピング蒸気流を排出するための出口を有する、第2分離器炭化水素蒸気流を圧縮してストリッピング蒸気流を与える塔頂流圧縮機;
を含む、液相及び気相を含む多相炭化水素流を処理してLNGの形態の処理液体炭化水素流を与える装置を提供する。
ここに開示する方法及び装置は、異なる圧力で運転する2つの気/液分離器内における2つの連続工程での多相流の成分分離における改良を提案するものである。第2の気/液分離器からの第2分離器炭化水素蒸気流を塔頂流圧縮機内で圧縮して、ストリッピング蒸気流として第1の気/液分離器に戻す。
・昇圧下の天然ガス流から炭化水素供給流を与え;
・炭化水素供給流から継続炭化水素流を抽出し;
・継続流を冷却及び液化ユニットに送って、そこで冷却及び少なくとも部分的に液化して、少なくとも部分的に液化した炭化水素流を与え;
・少なくとも部分的に液化した炭化水素流を少なくとも1つの炭化水素流膨張装置の入口に送り、その中で少なくとも部分的に液化した炭化水素流の圧力を低下させて多相炭化水素流を与える;
工程を含ませることができる。
・第1分離器炭化水素蒸気流から低圧(LP)燃料ガス流を取り出し;そして
・低圧燃料ガス流を、第1分離器炭化水素蒸気流の圧力以下の燃料ガス圧力で燃焼装置に送る;
ことを更に含ませることができる。第1の気/液分離器の第1の圧力は燃料ガス圧力又はそれ以上であってよい。有利には、第1分離器炭化水素蒸気流も低圧燃料ガス流も、燃焼装置において用いる前に圧縮しない。
任意の主熱交換器の少なくとも1つは、好ましくは当該技術において公知のスプール巻回極低温熱交換器である。場合によっては、熱交換器にはそのシェル内に1以上の冷却セクションを含ませることができ、それぞれの冷却セクションは、1つの冷却段階、又は他の冷却箇所に対する別の「熱交換器」とみなすことができる。
メタン(C1):0〜20モル%;
エタン(C2):5〜80モル%;
プロパン(C3):5〜80モル%;
ブタン類(C4):0〜15モル%;
であってよい。
主冷却混合冷媒に関する通常の組成は、
窒素:0〜10モル%;
メタン(C1):30〜70モル%;
エタン(C2):30〜70モル%;
プロパン(C3):0〜30モル%;
ブタン類(C4):0〜15モル%;
であってよい。
他の態様においては、予備冷却された天然ガス流のような予備冷却された炭化水素流は、更に冷却してLNG流のような少なくとも部分的、好ましくは完全に液化された炭化水素流を与えることができる。更なる冷却は主冷却段階において行うことができる。好ましくは、ここに記載する方法及び装置において与えられる処理液体炭化水素流は1以上の貯蔵タンク内に貯蔵することができる。完全に液化した炭化水素流は好ましくは過冷却する。而して、例えば主冷却段階又は別の過冷却段階における更なる冷却には、液化炭化水素流の過冷却を含ませることができる。
・少なくとも部分的、好ましくは完全に液化した炭化水素流115を与え;そして
・少なくとも部分的、好ましくは完全に液化した炭化水素流115を、1以上の炭化水素膨張装置120、140内で膨張させて、膨張した炭化水素流の形態の多相炭化水素流145を与える;
工程によって与えることができる。
・炭化水素供給流105を与え;
・炭化水素供給流105を高圧燃料ガス流107及び継続炭化水素流108に分離し;
・1以上の熱交換器110a、110b内で継続流108の少なくとも一部を冷却することによって、継続炭化水素流108を少なくとも部分的、好ましくは完全に液化させて、少なくとも部分的、好ましくは完全に液化した炭化水素流115を与える;
工程によって与えることができる。
・継続炭化水素流108の少なくとも一部を、1以上の予備冷却熱交換器110a内において、予備冷却冷媒回路内の予備冷却冷媒に対して予備冷却して、予備冷却炭化水素流113を与え;そして
・予備冷却炭化水素流113の少なくとも一部113bを、1以上の主冷却熱交換器110b内において、主冷媒回路内を循環する主冷却冷媒に対して少なくとも部分的、好ましくは完全に液化して、少なくとも部分的、好ましくは完全に液化した炭化水素流115を与える;
ことを含ませることができる。これらの態様には、
・予備冷却炭化水素流113の一部113bを、加温流355として燃料ガス熱交換器210に送り;
・予備冷却炭化水素流のかかる部分113bを、燃料ガス熱交換器210内において、第1分離器炭化水素蒸気流205に対して冷却して冷却プロセス流365を与え;
・冷却プロセス流365を1以上の炭化水素流膨張装置120、140の一方に送る;
工程を更に含ませることができる。
Claims (17)
- 少なくとも、
・天然ガスから気相及び液相を含む多相炭化水素流を製造し;
・多相炭化水素流を第1の気/液分離器に送り;
・多相炭化水素流を第1の気/液分離器内で第1の圧力において分離して、炭化水素及び窒素を含む第1分離器炭化水素蒸気流、及び第1分離器塔底流を与え;
・第1分離器塔底流を第2の気/液分離器内で第2の圧力において分離して、第2分離器炭化水素蒸気流、及びLNGの形態の処理液体炭化水素流を与え、ここで第2の圧力は第1の圧力よりも低く;
・第2分離器炭化水素蒸気流を塔頂流圧縮機内で圧縮して、ストリッピング蒸気流を与え;そして
・ストリッピング蒸気流を、多相炭化水素流が第1の気/液分離器に送られる位置よりも低い位置において第1の気/液分離器に送る;
工程を含む、多相炭化水素流を処理して処理液体炭化水素流を与える方法。 - 塔頂流圧縮機による第2分離器炭化水素蒸気流の圧縮によって第1の圧力以上の第3の圧力のストリッピング蒸気流が与えられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ・第1分離器炭化水素蒸気流から低圧燃料ガス流を取り出し;
・低圧燃料ガス流を、第1分離器炭化水素蒸気流の圧力以下の燃料ガス圧力において燃焼装置に送る;
ことを更に含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 第1の気/液分離器の第1の圧力が燃料ガス圧力以上であり、第1分離器炭化水素蒸気流も低圧燃料ガス流も燃焼装置において用いる前に圧縮しない、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 燃焼装置が、炉、ボイラー、二元燃料ディーゼルエンジンからなる群からの1つである、請求項3又は4に記載の方法。
- 第1分離器炭化水素蒸気流から低圧燃料ガス流を取り出す工程が、
・第1分離器炭化水素蒸気流を燃料ガス熱交換器内で加温流に対して加温して、低圧燃料ガス流及び冷却された加温流を与える;
工程を含む、請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 天然ガスから多相炭化水素流を製造する工程が、
・天然ガスの一部を燃料ガス熱交換器内において加温流として第1分離器炭化水素蒸気流に対して冷却して、冷却されたプロセス流の形態の冷却された加温流を与える;
ことを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 第1分離器炭化水素蒸気流が、30モル%〜95モル%の窒素を含み、及び/又は2〜15baraの範囲の圧力を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 処理液体炭化水素流が1モル%未満の窒素を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 天然ガスから多相炭化水素流を製造する工程が、天然ガスを冷却及び/又はその圧力を変化させることを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 天然ガスから多相炭化水素流を製造する工程が、
・昇圧下の天然ガス流から炭化水素供給流を与え;
・炭化水素供給流から継続炭化水素流を抽出し;
・継続流を冷却及び液化ユニットに送って、そこで冷却及び少なくとも部分的に液化して少なくとも部分的に液化した炭化水素流を与え;
・少なくとも部分的に液化した炭化水素流を少なくとも1つの炭化水素流膨張装置の入口に送り、その中で少なくとも部分的に液化した炭化水素流の圧力を低下させて多相炭化水素流を与える;
ことを含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - ・炭化水素供給流を、15モル%より低い窒素含量及び15baraより高い圧力の一方又は両方を有する高圧燃料ガス流、及び継続炭化水素流に分離する;
ことを更に含む、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも、
・液化ユニット及び1以上の炭化水素流膨張装置の少なくとも1つを含む、天然ガスから多相炭化水素流を製造する手段;
・多相炭化水素流を受容して、それを、炭化水素及び窒素を含む第1分離器炭化水素蒸気流、及び第1分離器塔底流に分離するように配置されており、多相炭化水素流を第1の気/液分離器に供給するための第1の入口、第1の気/液分離器から第1分離器炭化水素蒸気流を排出するための第1の出口、第1の気/液分離器から第1分離器塔底流を排出するための第2の出口、並びに第1の入口よりも低い位置に配置されている、ストリッピング蒸気流を第1の気/液分離器中に供給するための第2の入口を有する第1の気/液分離器;
・第1分離器塔底流を受容して、それを第2分離器炭化水素蒸気流、及びLNGの形態の処理液体炭化水素流に分離するように配置されており、第1の気/液分離器の第2の出口と流体連絡している、第1分離器塔底流を第2の気/液分離器中に供給するための第1の入口、第2の気/液分離器から第2分離器炭化水素蒸気流を排出するための第1の出口、及び第2の気/液分離器から処理液体炭化水素流を排出するための第2の出口を有する第2の気/液分離器;
・第1の気/液分離器の第2の出口と第2の気/液分離器の第1の入口との間に配置されている、第1分離器塔底流の圧力を低下させるための塔底流膨張装置;及び
・第2の気/液分離器の第1の出口と流体連絡している、第2分離器炭化水素蒸気流を受容するための入口、及び第1の気/液分離器の第2の入口と流体連絡している、ストリッピング蒸気流を排出するための出口を有する、第2分離器炭化水素蒸気流を圧縮してストリッピング蒸気流を与える塔頂流圧縮機;
を含む、液相及び気相を含む多相炭化水素流を処理してLNGの形態の処理液体炭化水素流を与える装置。 - 液化ユニットから排出される少なくとも部分的に液化した炭化水素流を膨張させて多相炭化水素流を与える1以上の炭化水素流膨張装置が液化ユニットの下流に接続されており、1以上の炭化水素流膨張装置が、少なくとも部分的に液化した炭化水素流を受容するための入口、及び多相炭化水素流を排出するための出口を有し、該出口が第1の気/液分離器の第1の入口に接続されている、請求項13に記載の装置。
- ・第1分離器炭化水素蒸気流の圧力以下の燃料ガス圧力において運転され、第1分離器炭化水素流から取り出される低圧燃料ガスを受容するように配置されている燃焼装置;
を更に含む、請求項13又は14に記載の装置。 - 第1の気/液分離器の第1の出口と燃焼装置との間に圧縮機が存在しない、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 燃焼装置が、炉、ボイラー、二元燃料ディーゼルエンジンからなる群からの1つである、請求項15又は16に記載の装置。
