Claims (14)
1. Носитель (1) каталитического нейтрализатора, пригодный для применения в системе (2) выпуска отработавших газов (ОГ) вблизи двигателя внутреннего сгорания (3) и имеющий множество проходящих рядом друг с другом от его входной стороны (4) до его выходной стороны (5) проточных для ОГ каналов (6), а также средства по меньшей мере для поддержания либо создания турбулентности в потоке ОГ, проходящем через указанные каналы (6), отличающийся тем, что он изготовлен из по меньшей мере одной фольги (10), условный предел Rp0,2 текучести которой при температуре 900°С составляет по меньшей мере 50 Н/мм2.
2. Носитель (1) по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он изготовлен из по меньшей мере одной фольги (10), изготовленной из стали, в состав которой в качестве основной легирующей добавки входит никель.
3. Носитель (1) по п.2, отличающийся тем, что содержание в стали никеля в качестве основной легирующей добавки составляет от 30 до 34 мас.%.
4. Носитель (1) по п.1, имеющий длину (7), измеряемую в направлении его оси (8), и максимальный диаметр (9), отличающийся тем, что отношение длины (7) к максимальному диаметру (9) составляет максимум 1.
5. Носитель (1) по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что плотность расположения в нем каналов составляет от 50 до 600 каналов на кв.дюйм.
6. Носитель (1) по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он изготовлен из по меньшей мере одной фольги (10) толщиной (11) по меньшей мере 30 мкм.
7. Носитель (1) по п.1, отличающийся тем, что размеры его входной стороны (4) больше размеров его выходной стороны (5).
8. Носитель (1) по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он имеет кожух (12) с по меньшей мере одним охватывающим его в окружном направлении (13) фланцем (14).
9. Каталитический нейтрализатор (15) с носителем (1) по одному из пп.1-8, снабженным каталитически активным покрытием (16).
10. Каталитический нейтрализатор (15) по п.9, отличающийся тем, что покрытие (16) образовано материалом-носителем (17), нанесенным слоем толщиной (18) от 10 до 30 мкм.
11. Каталитический нейтрализатор (15) по п.9 или 10, отличающийся тем, что покрытие (16) содержит катализатор (19), способствующий конверсии моноксида углерода, но не способствующий конверсии углеводородов.
12. Система (2) выпуска отработавших газов (ОГ), образующихся при работе двигателя (3) внутреннего сгорания, с каталитическим нейтрализатором (15) по одному из пп.9-11, отличающаяся тем, что каталитический нейтрализатор (15) расположен между двигателем (3) внутреннего сгорания и турбонагнетателем (20).

Система (2) выпуска ОГ по п.12, отличающаяся тем, что после турбонагнетателя (20) расположен по меньшей мере один из следующих компонентов для нейтрализации или снижения токсичности ОГ: нейтрализатор (21) с катализатором окисления, фильтр (22) для улавливания твердых частиц, адсорбер (23) оксидов азота.
