Abstract
1. Абразивный элемент с поликристаллическим алмазом, имеющий слой поликристаллического алмаза, связанный на границе раздела с основанием и имеющий на обращенной от границы раздела стороне рабочую поверхность и боковую поверхность, расположенную между рабочей поверхностью и границей раздела, отличающийся тем, что на боковой поверхности расположена примыкающая к рабочей поверхности кольцевая область, которая или часть которой обеднена каталитическим материалом.2. Абразивный элемент по п.1, у которого слой поликристаллического алмаза имеет также расположенную на рабочей поверхности область, обедненную каталитическим материалом.3. Абразивный элемент по п.2, у которого измеренная от боковой поверхности и/или от рабочей поверхности толщина области(ей), обедненной(ых) каталитическим материалом, составляет от примерно 30 до примерно 500 мкм.4. Абразивный элемент по п.1, у которого кольцевая область проходит от рабочей поверхности в направлении границы раздела на расстояние, которое равно минимум половине толщины слоя поликристаллического алмаза, и не доходит до границы раздела минимум примерно на 500 мкм.5. Абразивный элемент по п.1, у которого слой поликристаллического алмаза имеет также область, обогащенную каталитическим материалом.6. Абразивный элемент по п.5, у которого каталитический материал служит способствующим спеканию агентом при образовании слоя поликристаллического алмаза.7. Абразивный элемент по 6, у которого область, обогащенная каталитическим материалом, сама состоит из нескольких областей, различающихся между собой средним размером алмазных частиц или химическим составом.8. Claims (10)
1. Абразивный элемент с поликристаллическим алмазом, имеющий слой поликристаллического алмаза, связанный на границе раздела с основанием и имеющий на обращенной от границы раздела стороне рабочую поверхность и боковую поверхность, расположенную между рабочей поверхностью и границей раздела, отличающийся тем, что на боковой поверхности расположена примыкающая к рабочей поверхности кольцевая область, которая или часть которой обеднена каталитическим материалом.
2. Абразивный элемент по п.1, у которого слой поликристаллического алмаза имеет также расположенную на рабочей поверхности область, обедненную каталитическим материалом.
3. Абразивный элемент по п.2, у которого измеренная от боковой поверхности и/или от рабочей поверхности толщина области(ей), обедненной(ых) каталитическим материалом, составляет от примерно 30 до примерно 500 мкм.
4. Абразивный элемент по п.1, у которого кольцевая область проходит от рабочей поверхности в направлении границы раздела на расстояние, которое равно минимум половине толщины слоя поликристаллического алмаза, и не доходит до границы раздела минимум примерно на 500 мкм.
5. Абразивный элемент по п.1, у которого слой поликристаллического алмаза имеет также область, обогащенную каталитическим материалом.
6. Абразивный элемент по п.5, у которого каталитический материал служит способствующим спеканию агентом при образовании слоя поликристаллического алмаза.
7. Абразивный элемент по 6, у которого область, обогащенная каталитическим материалом, сама состоит из нескольких областей, различающихся между собой средним размером алмазных частиц или химическим составом.
8. Абразивный элемент по п.1, который представляет собой режущий элемент.
9. Абразивный элемент по п.1 с полукристаллическим алмазом высокого качества.
10. Абразивный элемент по п.1, у которого основание выполнено из цементированного карбида.
